3 H is for Holy Day. Did you know that the word holiday comes from the words Holy Day. Christmas is a day to celebrate God and everything is gives to us. The best way to celebrate is to take time each day to remember and serve Him.

4 A is for angel. On the first Christmas night, angels sung Jesus. Each day God sends a guardian angel to be with us, watch over us and protect us. Take time to thank God for your guardian angel.

5 P is for present. Jesus is our gift to us. God gave us his son so that we may be with him in Heaven. Each day we need to spend time in prayer and serve him. This is our present to God. p

6 P is for prayer. We spend a little of each day in prayer to thank God for all he has given us. p

7 Y is for you! You get to celebrate Jesus s birthday too! God made you, and you are special. What do you like most about you? y

9 B is for baby. God gave us a baby, and on Christmas we celebrate his birthday. This tiny baby changes the world. He came with a message of peace and love. How can you say thank you to God today? b

10 I is for inspiring. Jesus s love is inspiring. He inspires us to be the best person we can be. How can you be a better person today. Draw a picture of how you can help someone. i

11 R is for reverent. This is a big word for being respectful. One way we can be reverent to God is to obey him and to spend time with Him each day in silent prayer. What would you like to pray for today?

12 T is for trustworthy. God loves us so much, He will take care of us always. We can trust that he will always take care of our every need. Draw a picture of someone who takes care of you. God takes care of us too! Remember to take time to thank God for the ways he cares for you. t

13 H is for helpful. One of the best ways we can show God that we love Him is to help others. How can you help someone today? h

14 D is for door to heaven. God sent his son Jesus to us so that we will some day go to Heaven to be with Him. Decorate the door below. Make it look beautiful. In a few days, we will welcome Jesus and open again our door to heaven. d

15 A is for amazing. God is AMAZING! He provides us everything we needs and loves us unconditionally. Write a prayer to thank God for all the amazing blessings in your life. a

16 Y is for yearning. Jesus yearns to be with us and help us. He yearns for us to love him. What is a good way you can show Jesus you love him? y

17 J is for joyful. In a few short days we will celebrate Jesus s birthday. What a joyful, exciting time! Do you have any family traditions that you do that help you celebrate? Draw a picture of what makes you joyful during these Holy days. J

18 E is for everywhere. God is everywhere. He is in the smile of a friend, He is in the food we eat. He is with people who are suffering, and with people who are celebrating. Where do you see God today? Take time to thank God for where you see Him. e

19 S is for service. The best way we can show God that we love him is to serve him. How can you help someone today? Go serve God by helping someone. s

20 U is for unchanging. God is constant. He does not change from yesterday, today to forever in the future. Color the tree below. Today our Christmas trees are beautiful and decorated, but soon they will come down. God will remain,, though. He continues to love us and continues to shine and work through us. u

21 S is for sweets. Taste and see that God is good! God is like sweet candy to our soul. Help someone make a sweet treat today. When you enjoy it, remember to thank God for how good and sweet He is to you. s
