Here is a picture of my Grandma Marcella Vincent telling us of all the memories she had as a little girl. She tells us about the room she used to sleep in.

2 Here is a picture of my Grandma Marcella Vincent telling us of all the memories she had as a little girl. She tells us about the room she used to sleep in. Also about the places she used to visit and the places she used to go to. And some things that brought her a lot of joy. All the memories flooding back brought the smile on her face.

This is a picture of the old Bedroom she used to sleep in as a little girl. She used to share the room with her sister Kay but the bed had been moved out. I remember like it was yesterday.

We always used to jump around and play when it was past our bed time and we d play with our dolls and other toys. Said my Grandmother. This then also reminded her of the family tree they used to play on.

4 This a picture of the old family tree they used to play around. It was always a fun experience. I remember having tea parties and picnics under the tree with my sister. And I remembered having picnics under the tree on pretty days. Said my Grandmother. Then She went to talk on about the fields she used to play in as a little girl.

5 This picture shows the fields my Grandma used to run and play in. She also used to pick blackberries from here until her Dad cut them down. The thing loved most about the fields is that when we picked the Blackberries. That my mother always made a blackberry pie or cobbler and it tasted delicious. Said my Grandmother. This feeling also made her remember the trail she used to walk along when she was little.

This is a picture of the trail my Grandma used to walk along as a little girl. One thing I loved most was walking down the trail after a long hard day at school when I was a teenager.

But the thing I loved the most was walking with my sister at night because it looked so scary and it always freaked her out. I always ended up getting in trouble but it was worth it. This reminded her of the Garage at the end of the trail.

7 This is a picture of the Garage my Grandma used to play in. Also she sometimes used to have Christmas in here when the whole family got together because it was a family tradition. I loved waking up every Christmas morning and rushing to the garage to see the presents under the tree. But the thing I loved most was just being able to see all of my family in one place and being able to be with them. This ended up reminding her of the rock she used to play around.

This is a picture of Beary the rock that my Grandma found when she was out playing one day. If you look at it in the right way it looks just like a bear that s why she called it Beary.

I remember walking down my trail and there it was just sitting there. And everyday I always seemed to be drawn back there. While walking around I ended up getting a picture of the house she lived in as a little girl.

This is a picture of the house my Grandma grew up in as a little girl. I remember some nights just wanting to come home and go to sleep after a Church session.

And I always felt that feeling of homesickness when I went away all the time. And every time I returned home I always felt that feeling go away and make me happy. After this I decided we should go and see the church she talked about.

10 This is a picture of the Church that my Grandma attended when she was a little girl. This I also where she attended her Step-Dad had her funeral. If there was one thing I loved doing it was going to Church and reading the bible. But sometimes it got tiring waking up every Sunday. So after going to the Church and taking pictures I decided to go to where her Step-Dad got buried.

This was a picture taken of my Grandpas gravestone. When I came here my Grandma started to feel grief for her lost Step-Dad. I remember the day that he died.

I had cried the whole funeral and the whole next day. Even now she probably feels grief for her lost Step-Dad and she still always keeps her head held up and that is one reason that I always look at her as a role model.
