The device provides a 1 Gbps Ethernet port on the rear. The VIP X16 XF E H.264 High Profile encoder delivers real-time H.264 compressed video over IPv4 and IPv6 networks. It provides a single stream per camera with fll frame at best qality and Dal Streaming with limits in frame. The nit spports PAL and NTSC sorces and offers bidirectional adio commnication in parallel to video. View the video on a PC sing Bosch s comprehensive video management system, with or withot Bosch s IntiKey keyboard. Alternatively, se a Web browser. Bosch VideoSDK provides the means to integ the encoder with other video management systems. 2 2 VIP X16 XF E Video Encoder Fnctions Flexibility VIP X16 XF E spports external iscsi storage across an IP network. VIP X16 XF E spports the Bosch VRM (Video Recording Manager), Bosch s flexible and scalable recording management software. It allows a flexible assignment of recording space on camera level inclding load balancing and decent redndancy featres. Bosch VRM is available as stand-alone system or embedded into the Bosch Video Management System. Dal Streaming The VIP X16 XF E encoder ses the featre Dal Streaming to gene two independent IP video streams per channel, both at fll 4CIF resoltion, the first stream with fll frame and the second stream with lower frame. Recording Yo can record each video inpt independently on different media. Ths video can be recorded centrally on iscsi drives managed by Bosch VRM. The encoder featres a highly flexible recording schedler, providing p to ten programmable recording profiles and allowing individally assigned camera profiles. With these profiles, yo can accele the frame as well as increase the qality on alarm, saving recording space dring nonalarm periods. Access secrity The VIP X16 XF E encoder offers varios secrity levels for accessing the network, the nit, and the data channels. As well as password protection with p to three levels, they spport 802.1x athentication sing a RADIUS server for identification. Yo can secre Web browser access by HTTPS sing a SSL certificate that is stored in the nit. For total data protection, each commnication channel video, adio, or serial I/O can be independently AES encrypted with 128 bit keys, once the Encryption Site License has been applied. Intelligence VIP X16 XF E comes with bilt-in MOTION+ video motion detection. This motion detection algorithm is based on pixel change and incldes object size filtering capabilities. On alarm, VIP X16 XF E can send an e mail with JPEG images attached. Viewing View the VIP X16 XF E encoder video on a PC sing a Web browser, in the Bosch Video Management System, or integ it into another video management system. By roting the IP video to a high-performance decoder VIP XD HD or a Monitor Wall, yo can present the video with ltimate clarity.
