1 Lincoln Land Community College Capital City Training Center 130 West Mason Springfield, IL SQL Intro and Advanced Prerequisite This course is intended for those who need to learn IBM DB2 UDB Structured Query Language (SQL). It can be taught using DB2 for Linux, Unix, and Windows as DB2 Express-C or on the IBM mainframe using DB2 for z/os. Who Should Attend This class is for users, power users, application programmers, application analysts, database designers or anyone who needs to code SQL in or outside of an application program or stored procedure. Course Description DB2 UDB SQL offers the student a unique opportunity to learn how to code interactive DB2 UDB Structured Query Language (SQL). Typical business processing requirements are analyzed and coded into SQL statements. The SQL statements are tested using an interactive SQL utility such as IBM s SPUFI, QMF, the UDB Command Center, the UDB Command Line Interface, or even MS Query.
