14 Galaxy Tab weight / size Galaxy s size makes it difficult to use with one hand. Difficult to reach letters with only one thumb unlike a smartphone. Advantage of smaller size and weight is increased portability, can still possibly fit in some pockets Mostly made of plastic. Generally, people still like the overall feel of the Galaxy but realize the construction materials are not as high-end as on the ipad which feels more solid. Galaxy doesn t have any of the problems associated with plastics parts such as creaking or being flimsy.
