Additional research to locate the taxpayer has been done using: occupational license, stateissued licenses, neighbors, landlord, and Accurint fee-based skip tracing database. This code indicates to the Property Appraiser s Office that this account should be omitted for the following year. Enforcement Section and the Property Appraiser's office will work together throughout the fiscal year on omitting these accounts. AU ENFORCEMENT ACTION An auction was held by the Enforcement Section and all assets were sold. Some of the tax was paid, but the balance appears on the E&I Report. BK BANKRUPTCY The business has filed for bankruptcy. All collection action stops. This code is put on the account by the Litigation Unit. BC OR Resolved by BK Court Should be Off the Roll The BK court determined the payment to be received. Some of the tax was paid, but the balance appears on the E&I Report. The business was removed from previous tax rolls and reinstated in error.

On or before the 60th day after the tax certificate sale is adjourned, the tax collector shall certify to the board of county commissioners a report showing the discounts, errors, double assessments, and insolvencies relating to tax collections for which credit is to be given, including in every case except discounts, the names of the parties on whose account the credit is to be allowed.
