These fees include school days, professional days, holidays, early release days, and half days. School vacations and snow days are a separate charge. The first payment is due by August 25 th, and the final payment due by May 25 th. If payment is not received by the 25 th, a $40 late fee will be assessed. If the payment and late fee are not received by the last day of the month, your will not be allowed in the program until your account is up to date. Payments can be made online from your ed invoice, at the Club, or at your Childcare site. You can also set up automatic monthly withdrawals from a bank account.
