1 Freedom of Information Request Reference No: I note you seek access to the following information: Can you please tell me, in the years 2010 to 2016, how many arrests have been made for possession of the drugs crystal meth and heroin. Can you please break down the information by detailing how many of the arrests took place in Ealing, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Hounslow, Brent, Harrow and Westminister. And for the arrests made, can you please tell me how many of them were charged and prosecuted. I would be very grateful you could provide me with the information from January 2010 to March Response I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. Please find attached information pursuant to your request above. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact borough of an arrest as the prisoner could be taken to a custody suite on another borough. This would not be usual but does happen and as such the data should not be seen as a definitive number of offences on any given borough. The MPS cannot provide 'Prosecution' information as this is the responsibility of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the MPS provides evidence to the CPS who then decide whether or not to prosecute.
