3 COMMON INJURIES Arthritis (Knee, Wrist/Hand) Inflammation of a joint that may result in swelling, redness, and/or heat sensation. Ligament sprain (Foot/Ankle, Back/Abs, Knee, Wrist/Hand) Pain, stiffness and decreased range of motion caused when a ligament is stretched or torn, decreasing the strength of the joint.
