Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject OR Master s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects: Chemistry/BioChemistry (ii) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized University (iii)proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English Medium Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications i) Master s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 2 M.Com. in Applied/ Business Economics shall not be eligible. ii)b.ed or equivalent degree from recognized University. 3. PGT (Computer Science) Desirable. (i) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium (ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications. Essential. (i) At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following : 4. TGT [P.E.T(Female)] Essential. B.E. or B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an Institution/ University recognized by the Govt. of India OR B.E. or B.Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in computers from recognized University OR M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University OR B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University OR Post Graduate Diploma in computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University OR B Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject. OR C Level from DOEACC Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation. (ii) Teaching qualification not essential Desirable. i. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English. Bachelor s Degree in Physical Education or equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. They will be considered, if selected, subject to submitting proof of acquiring desired qualifications at the time of interview. The screening shall be made through objective (multiple choice questions) type examination pattern of 50 marks. Candidates scoring 50% and above (Gen) and 45% and above (SC/ST/OBC/PH) in their written test will be eligible for short listing for personal interview. The personal interview will carry 50 marks. Candidates scoring 50% or above (Gen) and 45% or above (SC/ST/OBC/PH) will be considered for preparation of the final merit list. Teaching experience in an English Medium School/College and Knowledge of Computer operations. Use of modern educational technology are desirable. The prescribed format may be downloaded from website or can be collected from AECS-5/AEJC Mumbai during office hours (10: ). 5. Candidates not bringing original certificates and mark sheets and attested photo copies of the same along with the filled in prescribed Performa of application will not be allowed for the written test. 7.
