5 Evaluations Evaluations were received from 26 Question 1: Who did you rate the relevance of this event? Relevance Very Well Well Not Very Well Not at all Participants answers Question 2: How did you rate the overall quality of education offered by this event? Quality Very Well Well Not Very Well Not at all Participants answers Question 3: What was your overall impression of this event? Overall Excellent Good Satisfactory Mediocre Poor Programme Organisation Catering Venue
6 Five questions were asked about the event What did you gain most from attending this event? Good chance to network with other professionals Networking with colleagues, interesting educational presentations Excellent radiology talk OT presentation great As it was the first meeting I attended was good to meet everyone, and have an idea of what services can be developed in the local area. Learning more about the workings of SPARN and how they can help the patients and staff What did you gain least from attending this event? The session to discuss training needs was very focused on a few individuals who did not have the role as I do in the treatment of children with Arthritis Radiology was too medical Not much hard clinical data, although I do not think that this is what the event was about Is there anything you think we should include in future events? I feel that there were people there who were expecting more education than contribution to network development. Perhaps we should have just one set of workshops in the afternoon where we can develop network ideas and greater education material instead Updates on what is happening in the different locations throughout Scotland More chance to attend smaller workshops during the day for more specific training AHP input similar to the OT lecture Areas of Research in arthritis at local/national levels A case study presented from a multi disciplinary perspective would be interesting
7 Are there any areas in which you would like to get involved with the network? Education 3 volunteers Protocols and Guidelines 1 volunteer Patient Involvement 1 volunteer OT input 2 volunteers Have you any comments about the meeting in general? Felt it was a positive meeting and good range of professions attended. Was a relaxed atmosphere, venue was excellent and all ran very smoothly it was an excellent meeting and well worth attending. Nice to see so many people there and pushing the agenda for paediatric rheumatology. If only we all had more time to concentrate on MCN stuff. It was very good, giving the health professionals time and a chance to liaise with one another
