Orders necessitating breakage of original mill packages are subject to a R10.00 breakage charge per item. 5. Paper and board cut to a smaller size than the standard sizes will be subject to cutting / wrapping charges. 6. All claims in respect of incorrect product specifications should be submitted in writing within 7 days after delivery. 7. The company will accept no liability for consequential losses as a result of unavailability of stock or delayed deliveries. 8. Once stock has been cut or printed on, it cannot be returned for credit unless proven to be defective. 9.
