We can provide a wide range of services that specialise in the areas of large format digital printing, vinyl signage and displays, prepress, design and ctp / film output. We can create, produce and supply signage, exhibition displays, pull up banners, outdoor banners, window graphics, posters, corflutes and colorbond signs, A-frames, flag / wind banners and much more. Printgraphics Displays utilises four large inkjet digital printers. Our two Anapurna s are capable of printing up to 1600mm x 3m on rigid surfaces or roll to roll. As the height of the heads can easily be adjusted, we can print up to 45mm thick giving great results for corflute, timber, colorbond, vinyl, canvas, banners and more. We also have two Roland Eco Solvent print and cut digital printers which produce high quality results, fantastic for stickers or window displays. The benefit to large format digital printing over traditional printing means, there is no machine set-up. This means there is no set-up costs or lengthy time frames. So whether it be a one off print or a large run, we are sure to be competitive and ensure a quick turn around, whilst maintaining quality print standards. 2 large format digital printing Corflute Printing (Flatbed Printing) Printgraphics Displays utilises a large format flatbed printer for many common print solutions, including being able to print directly onto corflute, and rigid substrates. Our large format digital printers produce full colour photo quality signs and displays directly onto corflute in a matter of minutes. The inks are UV curable, meaning that there is no lengthy curing times, once the job is printed, it is ready to go instantly. We are also capable of printing double sided onto corflute and most other rigid substrates including fome-core, dibond and forex. We print onto: 3mm Corflute or 5mm Corflute, up to 2400mm x 1200mm sheet size. Standard sizes are: 600mm x 450mm (Landscape or Portrait) 600mm x 900mm (Landscape or Portrait) 900mm x 1200mm (Landscape or Portrait) 1200mm x 1800mm (Landscape or Portrait) 1200mm x 2400mm (Landscape or Portrait) Custom sizes and multiple quantities are also available. 3 large format digital printing Poster Printing We are able to digitally print posters up to 1500mm wide by any length. We have a range of papers, and other materials to chose from. We also provide a number of print finishing options, including lamination, from gloss or matt and because the process of our printing is digital, there is no minimum quantities or machine set-up charges. We use a full colour CMYK digital printing process, which produces terrific vibrant colours. With a number of materials and substrates available with conforming finishing options, we are sure to have the solution to your poster printing requirements. 4 vinyl signage Ground Graphics (Stickers and Advertising) Printgraphics Displays print full colour floor, ground, window graphics and stickers for advertising that can be used indoors and outdoors. We can digitally print onto self adhesive vinyl (sticker) material and laminate it for floor and ground graphics, that can be used for advertising indoors and outdoors. We have a selection of media available for short term or long term promotional use. We can contour or diecut your floor graphics or stickers to suit any shape or size. Also available are fridge magnets and general purpose magnets in all sizes and custom shapes. Computer Cut Vinyl Signs, and Window Graphics Computer cut self adhesive vinyl graphics and signs offer a quality and cost effective cost sign solution, that can be applied internally and externally to almost any surface, including smooth metal, acrylic, shop fronts, windows (including frosted film), walls and vehicles just to name a few. We use a state of the art vinyl cutter (also known as a plotter) that will cut even the most complex vector graphics with precision. We use premium grade cast vinyls, that are fade and shrink resistant, and will last many years being exposed to the weather elements. We have many colours available, as well as gold leaf, silver, metallic, tints, fluorescent and frosted. 5 banners and displays Outdoor Custom Vinyl PVC Banners PVC Banners are custom made and can be used in just about any situation for internal or external use. They are affordable and highly durable for outdoor conditions, making them an ideal solution for outside retail shop fronts or being used in street barriers. We print our PVC custom banners using UV stable outdoor inks, ensuring your image will last with quality for an extendable amount of time when exposed to the weather elements. There is also the option of lamination on your banner, either in a matt or gloss finish for further protection from the outdoor elements. Our PVC banners also include finishing options such as eyelets and glued hems. Pull and Roll Up Retractable Banners (Traditional, Executive, X-frames) Executive Traditional X-Frame bann ers uv inks Pull up banners are very quick to set up, lightweight, retractable and portable making them an ideal solution to advertise your business in a reception area, at trade shows, events, shop fronts or even at a press conference. Each of our banners include a custom full colour digital print onto polypropylene, which is heavy duty, anti curl and tear resistant material. The polypropylene print is then fixed into the associated aluminium banner stand which comes included with a heavy duty carry case. Our standard pull up banners that we offer are the Traditional and Executive. The Traditional comes in three different sizes and is a simple construction which is a stand with feet, available only in silver. Whilst the Executive banner is available in the one size. The base of the Executive pull up banner is a wide base stand with a single pull up pole that connects to the base. It is available in black or silver. We also have a X-frame display banner available which is a very lightweight spider stand banner, that contains five poles which connect to a centre piece. 6 banners and displays A-Frames and Footpath Advertising A-frames are compact and portable, allowing them to be easily displayed and stored as required. They are a great way to advertise your business to pedestrians, as well as making it easier for clients to locate your business premises. We offer a standard classic A-frame which comes in a standard size 600mm x 900mm, are double sided and fabricated out of steel tubing with colorbond metal faces. We are able to apply vinyl graphics, full colour digital prints or even magnetic graphics to the faces. Our interchangeable corflute A-frames come in standard sizes, are double sided, and are fabricated out of steel tubing. The point of difference between these and the classic A-frame is that there is no metal faces, rather a C channel that allows for the insertion of 5mm corflute. Flag / Wind Banners Are super strong flag / wind banners are printed on to nylon and are double stitched to all sides. They are UV safe and also waterproof. We offer three kinds: teardrop, feather or block banners, which are available in three different sizes. Ground fixings are suitable for all teardrop, feather and block banners. Ground peg, four legged heavy base, three legged stand (requires a water bag) and a wall mount.

7 digital printing and prepress Short Run Digital Printing We also offer a fast and efficient solution for short run digital printing, creating flexibility and versatility whilst still maintaining high quality printing at a reasonable price. We also have our own finishing area including trimming, folding, laminating, stapling and packing, to supply you with a quality finish and a quick turnaround on all those urgent jobs. We can print up to A3 extra in size and have a range of stock and materials available. So if it s business cards, letterheads, with compliments slips, flyers, brochures, booklets, invitations, bookmarks, postcards, greeting cards or presentation folders that you are looking for please contact us with what you re after and we will be more than happy to supply you with a quote first or show you samples of stock. Prepress and Design To create a simple, no fuss solution all we need is your job file supplied and our experienced team here at Printgraphics Displays will take care of the rest. We are an approved Adobe service provider supporting both Macintosh and PC platforms with an extensive range of updated software available. Our Prepress facilities consist of the latest, highly advanced complete PDF workflow using our integrated ApogeeX output system. It enables us to have total control over each stage of job creation whether it be imposing, trapping or screening. We understand that first impressions matter, therefore it is necessary that your ideas are supported by our professional graphic designers. Whether it may be developing or enhancing your company s logo through to your corporate identity, stationery, brochures, catalogues, posters, labels and other marketing material. CTP and Film Output Our computer to plate devices can output plates to suit A3 through to A1 printing presses. Our integrated ApogeeX Agfa system is fast, reliable and high performance plate technology producing quality, durability and consistent accuracy in plate output every time. We can also supply film from A4 through to A1 size.
