1 Session goals for athletes: To produce high controlled simple s working on the reach and line out. Warm up Tuck, Pike Straddles x 6 10x straight bounces on the as high but controlled as possible timed Tuck jumps x5 on with reach, touch below the knee, lineout 10 x tuck jumps on the trying to get same time as straight bounces Pike jumps x5 on with reach, touch toes, lineout 10 x pike jumps on the trying to get same time as straight bounces.
