4 TERMS & CONDITIONS CIMB Dining Programme 2015 Terms & Conditions 1. All payments must be made with any of the following credit cards ( CIMB Credit Cards ): (i) CIMB and Direct Access WORLD MasterCard and Visa INFINITE and CIMB Enrich WORLD issued by CIMB Bank Berhad, Malaysia ( CIMB Bank ); (ii) CIMB WORLD MasterCard and CIMB Visa INFINITE issued by CIMB Bank, Singapore branch; (iii) CIMB WORLD MasterCard and CIMB Visa INFINITE issued by CIMB Niaga Bank, Indonesia ( CIMB Niaga ). For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the principal and/or supplementary card holder of the CIMB Credit Cards shall be referred to as the Cardmember. 2. The Cardmember acknowledges and agrees that in the case of any dispute, the decision of the respective participating establishment, merchants or suppliers shall be final and conclusive. 7. CIMB Bank and CIMB Niaga reserve the right, upon giving adequate notice, to:- (a) withdraw or substitute any of the offers or privileges featured in the CIMB Dining Programme 2015; (b) extend, modify, suspend, shorten, discontinue, cancel or terminate the offers or privileges featured in the CIMB Dining Programme 2015; (c) amendment (whether by addition, deletion, modification, variation or otherwise howsoever) of the terms and conditions stated herein. Notice of any changes referred to above may be given by adoption of any of the following methods:- (i) by posting a notice in CIMB Bank s and CIMB Niaga s premises stating such changes and its effective date of change; and/or (ii) by way of a single publication in one or more newspaper of CIMB Bank s and CIMB Niaga s choice of such changes and its effective date of change; and/or (iii) by posting an insertion in CIMB Bank s and CIMB Niaga s statement of account of such changes and its effective date of change; and/or (iv) by posting a notice of such changes and its effective date of change to the Cardmember by way of an ordinary or registered post; and/or (v) by sending notice of such changes and its effective date of change by short messaging system (SMS) or electronic mail to the Cardmember or by posting the notice of such changes and its effective date of change on CIMB s and CIMB Niaga s website. Any termination of the offers or privileges under the CIMB Dining Programme 2015 or any substitution or variation by CIMB Bank and/or CIMB Niaga of any privileges or amendments of the terms and conditions contained herein shall not entitle the Cardmember to any claims or compensation from CIMB Bank and CIMB Niaga for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmember, whether directly or indirectly caused. 8.
