3 1 Teaching Interests Building on the focus of my research in the area of intelligent systems and agent-based computing in general, and intelligent information systems and agents, in particular, I am interested in teaching courses and giving tutorials on related topics. This includes both undergraduate level courses in computer science on topics such as such as introduction to computer science, data structures and algorithms, as well as graduate courses in the domains of AI, intelligent and cooperative information systems, Internet and advanced Web technologies, and agent-based service-oriented computing. 2 Teaching Experience My teaching activities in terms of conducted courses and seminars at different universities as well as given half and full day tutorials are summarized in subsequent sections.
