1 Happy New Year! 2016 brings many exciting new features and optimizations to the Flipcause platform. Please review the changes below, and feel free to reach out to your success manager for clarification and tips. Here s to a wonderful new year of community engagement and fundraising success! A Modern New Dashboard You can now navigate easier than ever between your campaigns, reports, settings, and funds, using our intuitive sidebar and top navigations on all pages. 1
2 Robust Custom Branding Customize your fundraising pages and integrated campaigns to your heart s desire. We ve given you the ability to change your fonts, background images, header and footer colors, progress meter color, thank you page message, and more! You can also link your logo anywhere you like and remove the header on your integrated campaigns. Customize your Flipcause Campaign Sites in the Look and Feel tab of any Campaign: 2
3 You can now Change Fonts : Upload Background Images: 3
4 Change header and footer colors and settings:... Link your logo to an external site, and change your progress bar color: 4
5 A New and Improved Text Editor All text fields on Flipcause are equipped with a new text editor that gives you the ability to add font styles, bullet points, images, videos, and links! Custom Fields Upgrade Custom fields can now be created on the fly and managed from your dashboard. Easily archive, merge, and export your custom fields as separate columns in your reporting! 5
6 Registration Tool Upgrades For all of you who throw events and do registrations using Flipcause, you can now add coupon codes and discounts, registration assignments (i.e. seating charts, marathon bib assignments, etc.), and collect information & issue tickets for individual registrants on multi quantity orders! Registration Assignments (i.e. Seating Charts; Marathon Bib Assignments): 6
7 Multiple Registrants & Waivers: Coupon Codes: 7
8 Custom Tool Descriptors & Call to Action Buttons Rename your call to action buttons and tool descriptors to perfectly fit your organization s needs. (i.e. Re name Tickets as Classes, or Reward Levels as Sponsorships ). Make these changes in the Tool Settings tab of any campaign tool. Custom Contact Pages (Per Campaign) If your organization has multiple branches, you can now change your contact page information on a campaign by campaign basis, as well as hide the contact page from public view. 8
9 Reordering Elements You can now change the order of all tools, giving levels, campaigns in campaign menus, gallery photos & videos. Simply click the directional arrows to change what displays first! Changing tool order: Changing Campaign Menu order: 9
10 Changing Gallery Order: Cloning Tools It just takes a single click to clone your volunteer positions, registration groups, items in your online shop, and reward levels! Click the Clone Icon (Dolly the Sheep), to clone your tool. You ll be prompted to change the title or it will be saved as a Copy. 10
11 Reporting Upgrades Issue refunds, send messages, add transaction notes, download receipts & resend receipts for each transaction directly from your reports tab. Thank You Page Settings & Chained Actions We ve given you complete control over the Thank You page of each transaction. In addition to custom messages and social sharing settings, you can now link your supporters to another tool within your campaign. (i.e Just donated? Why not register for our event as well? ) Change your Thank You Page Options in the Tool Settings tab of any campaign. 11
12 Campaign Settings Updates The updates below can all be controlled from your Campaign Settings tab on any campaign. Analytics Integration/Custom Header Code Add custom header code snippets to your Flipcause campaign pages and integrated campaigns to gain insights about your supporter activity. 12
13 Social Media Sharing Customization You decide what message your supporters should share through social media, including custom tweets, facebook photos and messages, and links! Per Campaign Notifications Add addresses specific to each campaign. All s added to the campaign will receive campaign notifications. By default, the main contact is added to each campaign s field, and can be removed at any time. and Custom Credit Card Descriptor Avoid any confusion or chargebacks by customizing your credit card descriptor to your organization s name or acronym. 13
