In August, we will introduce RAYSTAR TFT M Series roadmap and key advantages as well as the introduction of 3.5 inches M series RFC350M. Also, please note we announced the driver IC change notice for RFE430H. Welcome to read the content thru the QR code on your cell phone. 1. RAYSTAR TFT M Series Roadmap RAYSTAR launched a new TFT M Series which we called Clever System. This is a easy system for users to begin exploring the colorful display on their applications. The M Series has 2 user interfaces which are RS232 and SPI interfaces; it support backlight brightness adjust, PMW signal output and 4 switches button sensor. RAYSTAR also design a TFT editing program for end users to design their software more easily. Below is the roadmap for RAYSTAR TFT M Series as reference.

2 2. TFT M Series - Clever System Introduction There are many benefits of RAYSTAR TFT M Series for why customers should choose the M Series, below are the key advantages - 1. All in One System: We build the micro controller behind the TFT panel, it can driver TFT, backlight and touch panel directly. Therefore, the users don t need to learn how to drive it. 2. More Convenient to Upgrade: The software can be upgraded on line to download the new version; therefore, the customers don t need to upgrade via burning machine. 3. Less Coding Process: We have UI program which can demo what you want; so you don t need to write any software. 4. Reduce I/O Port: The customers can use RS232 or SPI-4 Line to driver TFT directly. 3 3. TFT M Series Shorten Development Time Customers can connect RAYSTAR TFT M Series module with the PC by RS232 or USB, therefore the customer can code and design the content in UI. By connecting the RAY- STAR TFT M Series LCM to PC via RS232 or USB, customers can shorten the project development schedule. The below is the User Interface (UI) image for your reference. 4 4. Product Introduction - TFT RFC350M The first released size of RAYSTAR TFT M Series is 3.5 inches RFC350M. This display is built-in control board with RS232 interface which with the outline dimension of x mm and AA size of x mm. This model is also Resistive Touch Panel (RTP) optional. Furthermore, the SPI interface of RFC350M will be released soon. Below is the basic specification of RFC350M as reference. If you need sample/quotation of further information, please contact us. 5 5. Change Notice - RFE430H Panel Driver IC fm ST7280 to ST7282 The Driver IC manufacturer, Sitronix Technology, released an upgraded version TFT Driver IC ST7282 for ST7280. The new IC ST7282 is compatible with ST7280 but have better performance. Currently, RAYSTAR TFT RFE430H is with ST7280 panel driver IC and we are going to upgrade the driver IC to ST7282. This will be a running change beginning around from late of this September. The upgraded version IC ST7282 will enhance the TFT color performance. As to the deference of electronial data between ST7280 and ST7282, please see the below link data as reference.
