Deadline is August 15, Applications submitted after the deadline cannot be considered. 3. All applicants have to submit an essay on the following topic: "Western and Oriental Life Styles and Value Systems: Can we learn from each other and do we want it?" Please write an essay in 500 words. Only ONE of the following topics has to be reflected in your essay. Family and Individual Religion and society Rule of law and democratic participation 4. DAAD will consider only complete sets of application The following documents have to be included: a. This application form (please make sure you give us your mobile number so that we can contact you. Please spell your name as it is spelled in your passport.) b. Complete chronological CV (including postal and address) c. Essay (see above) d. Detailed and precise description of your motivation to take part in the study trip (ca.500 words) e. One recent referee's report by a Pakistani professor certifying the applicant's academic abilities. f. Certified copies of school leaving certificate and all college/university end of year exams plus certified copy of university degrees (plus transcript) if any degree has been obtained. g.
