9 Guinea: Blocks 1 & 2 Blocks 1&2 comprise of 12,000 sq.km of the Bove Basin Silurian shales, which are the major source rock in all North African basins, are present Migration and communication are demonstrated by the presence of oil seeps, large accumulations of bio-degraded heavy oil at surface, along with light oil staining in earlier (historical) core and samples The basin has three known reservoir systems with fair to good reservoir parameters in both clastic sediments and carbonates 8

11 Guinea: Exploration Summary Confirmed presence and size of oil seeps prove migration and communication have taken place in the basin In 1989, the French laboratory Beicip, performed a detailed analysis which indicted the level of maturity was mature to overmature and the source was likely oil prone Silurian shales which are the major source rock in all the northern African basins are present and in communication with thick porous Ordovician sands Three reservoir systems are present in the basin with fair to good reservoir parameters (both clastic sediments and carbonates) An earlier gravity survey over the entire basin indicated sediments were present up to a depth of 4,000 metres and confirms Simba's concession covers two basement deeps as well as the northwest flank The Bove basin's tectonic style can form structures that produce traps capable of pooling large reserves. The Cretaceous overlies the Devonian in the northwest corner of block 1 with many of the wells drilled in Guinea Bissau lying just to the north (of block 1) encountered light oil staining in core and samples 10

12 Ghana: The Voltan Basin Simba has applied for a Production Sharing Contract in the Voltan Basin for a total of 8,700 sq.km The area was previously explored by Royal Dutch Shell in the early 1970 s. The exploration included seismic work and a well From the data collected, Simba has identified the potential for a very large gas play as well as a commercial market for the gas 11

13 Mali: Block 3 The Taoudeni Basin is the largest unexplored basin in West Africa. Block 3 extends over 22,500 sq.km covering the west center of the huge Taoudeni Sedimentary Basin In 2008, ENI conducted extensive satellite, airborne gravity and 2D seismic on Block 3. Interpretation of previous and new data will be accessible to Simba on signing Simba is currently monitoring developments on the ground before deciding how best to proceed 12

14 Liberia: Licence NR-001 In January 2009, Simba received the first ever Onshore Reconnaissance Permit Issued in Liberia, NR-001 License area extends 1,366 sq.km over the Roberts-Bassa Sedimentary Basin covering the only point in Liberia where the basin creeps onshore Simba carried out a 125 sq.km oil seep survey over the Roberts- Bassa Sedimentary Basin; The very large number of seeps found suggests the entire area forms essentially one seep Analysis of residual hydrocarbon indicates a mature source 13

Robert Dinning President, CEO & Director Robert Dinning is a Chartered Accountant who has operated his own consulting business for the past 30 years and he brings effective management and administrative experience to Simba Energy. His proven record of success in the financial community includes being a Director and/or Officer of several public companies Hassan Hassan Managing Director Operations Mr. Hassan has been actively involved in various African countries over the past 7 years and has acquired assets into Simba Energy. Mr. Hassan was instrumental in changing the focus of the company to oil and gas leases in Africa. He is primarily responsible for the sourcing, negotiating and completing the acquisition of PSC s as well as negotiating strategic alliances for the development of PSC s throughout Africa. James W. Dick P Geol., P. Eng., is a Petroleum Specialist with in excess of 48 years of petroleum industry experience. At the present he is president and prime consultant of J W Dick & Associates Ltd which has for 30 years served a variety of clients including major oil companies, government agencies, and start-up companies. He spent 18 years with Exxon group reaching Senior Exploration Specialist level. Also he was Vice President Geology for the D&S International Consulting (10yrs) a large international consulting group, president of Quad Energy Development Corp. (10yrs) a public oil company and Chief Geologist for Mercantile International Petroleum Inc. Charles de Chezelles Director Mr. de Chezelles is a highly experienced financial industry expert. Past positions include: GM, Banco Real SA; Executive Director, Credit Suisse-First Boston (CSFB); Director, First Boston Europe; Corporate Account Executive, Smith Barney, New York.
