He has substantial experience in general corporate matters, securities and tax law. Mr. Bubb graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1982, and also received an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in RIW CONTACTS Howie Altholtz Howie Altholtz is the firm s Director of Marketing. Before joining Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, Mr. Altholtz managed his own law firm, and was previously the Marketing Director at Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston, where he also led the firm s Entertainment Law Group. Mr. Altholtz is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Bradley L. Croft Bradley Croft is a shareholder of the firm. His practice is focused on general commercial litigation and construction law, and he has extensive experience in complex commercial matters and securities and financial services disputes. Mr. Croft is a 1995 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law. Michael J. Duffy Michael Duffy is an associate and his practice is focused on general commercial litigation including complex commercial matters, environmental contamination and regulatory actions, and land use disputes. Friends Stacey Friends is a shareholder of the firm and focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law, licensing, and arts and entertainment. Ms. Friends graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School where she currently teaches copyright law. Michael G. Gatlin Michael G. Gatlin is a shareholder of the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of banking law and commercial real estate and development. Mr. Gatlin has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending, permitting, financing and real estate sales as well as asset-based lending, loan workouts and general banking law. Daniel J. Goldberg Daniel Goldberg is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Litigation Department. Mr. Goldberg s practice is concentrated in the areas of construction litigation and business disputes. 7 Gene K. Landy Gene Landy is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Technology Business Group. His practice is concentrated on information technology and domestic and international transactions for high technology businesses from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Mr. Landy also represents businesses in software, integrated circuits, telecommunications technology, IT hardware, internet applications, e-commerce, computer games and other technology fields. Mr. Landy graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in He is author of The IT/Digital Legal Companion: A Comprehensive Business Guide to Software, Internet and IP Law. (May 2008) Christopher P. Litterio Christopher Litterio is the Managing Shareholder of the firm. His practice is concentrated in litigation, including securities, banking, corporate, employment, international arbitration and intellectual property. Mr. Litterio received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Amy J. Mastrobattista Amy Mastrobattista is a shareholder of the firm and has extensive experience structuring angel-to-late stage venturebased financings, representing both venture capitalists and portfolio companies, and has negotiated numerous manufacturing, distribution, sale and marketing agreements, development agreements and strategic ventures. Ms. Mastrobattista graduated in 1991 from New York University School of Law. Debra K. Mayfield Debra Mayfield is a shareholder of the firm and practices primarily in the areas of litigation and employment. Ms. Mayfield also counsels business on employment and intellectual property issues and provides commercial litigation services. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in

8 Maureen Mulligan Maureen Mulligan is a shareholder of the firm focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation and general business disputes in the areas of corporation and professional liability, banking and finance, employment, securities, intellectual property and technology issues. She also acts as a mediator for commercial disputes. Ms. Mulligan is a 1990 graduate of Boston College Law School. Russell N. Stein Russell Stein is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Corporate and Business Law Department. Mr. Stein practices principally in the areas of corporate, real estate, employment and technology, and represents businesses in a variety of corporate, employment and real estate matters including business formation, financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stein graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Barry Y. Weiner Barry Weiner is one of the founders of the firm. He is a trial lawyer specializing in securities, employment, corporate, construction, mediation services and general business litigation. Mr. Weiner has served as a Master in the Courts, and as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, as well as the National Association of Securities Dealers and for the New York Stock Exchange (now FINRA). Mr. Weiner graduated in1966 from Boston University School of Law. Recently, Mr. Weiner opened his practice to serve as a mediator as well, and serves as an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law teaching advanced alternative dispute resolution
