We have been in business for over 22 years and we make everything that we sell right here in the U.S.A. (in our own factory)! Doing this gives us the ability to offer the highest quality products at the best possible prices. Our products are natural, paraben-free, environmentally friendly and not tested on animals. We use ingredients that actually work!!! One try and you will feel the difference that quality makes! 2 ways to get Kissed in the Garden (1) Do you like what you see in the catalog exactly as it is? If yes, then you want STOCK MERCHANDISE. All you need to do is tell us what you want and you can do that on-line at: through a rep (list attached), by fax (price list is an order form) or by phone (800) Most customers take 2 to 4 collections from us and put them in different areas of their store creating little vignettes or stories. Stock opening order $200; Stock reorders $100 (2) Do you like the products but want your own unique label? If yes, then you want a CUSTOM LABEL. Write CUSTOM on your order and use the private label form at the end of the price list. You may choose products from either DEMOISELLE or THE SEA GARDEN collections. Please write CUSTOM or tell us you want CUSTOM on your order. We can use your logo, a specific theme or idea or you can see the most popular labels on our wholesale web site (click on CUSTOM INFO and scroll past the form). If you carry a line not pictured in the catalog, it may still be available and you can order directly from us or find it on the wholesale site ( It takes only 1 minute to register. If you have trouble registering, call us and we will do it for you. Custom orders: If you are working without a rep and are ordering from the hard copy of the catalog, the last page of our price list has a form to be filled out with your order. That form will give us all of the information that we need to create a custom label for you. Be sure to specify on all orders whether or not you want a custom label. All first orders come with free full size testers. WHAT TO CHOOSE We have narrowed down our selection/catalog to include ONLY our best selling lines. If you are new to our products, we suggest you start with a stock prepack. These contain the BEST SELLERS and all come with extra FREE merchandise to off-set the freight or unit cost. FRAGRANCES: All lines come in a specific s cent designed to match the la bel and packaging. If you are getting a CUSTOM label and want to change the scent, you must specify the fragrance on every order. Alternate scents are not available on foot care products and lip balms. FLORAL CITRUS IS THE BEST SELLING SCENT. WATERLILY & LOTUS FLOWER IS THE SECOND MOST POPULAR SCENT. THE SEA GARDEN IS OUR BEST SELLING LINE. TERMS: First time orders and the following three reorders for stock & custom are Proforma or Visa/MasterCard. WE DO NOT SHIP COD. Prices are subject to change without notice, please call for current pricing. Accounts past due will be charged a 2% late fee per month. Out of stock items will automatically be backordered unless otherwise specified on your order. Standard shipping is FED EX GROUND. For prepaid orders, please include 15% of your order total to cover the shipping costs (any overages or underage will be credited or billed to you). Shortage and/or freight damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. The box must be saved for inspection by FED EX. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. A $25 fee is charged for returned checks. Custom merchandise, once art is approved, cannot be returned or cancelled. SENDING ART: If you want to send your logo or business card with your order, make sure it is a clear copy and that you have the right to use the artwork. Please do not staple it to the order. All custom art needs to be approved by you so please include your address or fax number. Orders cannot be cancelled once art is approved. First time custom order customers (once we have your art or your concept) will receive a proof of your art within 1-10 business days.
