If you have been involved in a car accident that was not your fault and you suffer losses you cannot recover, you will be provided with a solicitor who will act on your behalf. You will also be covered up to 100,000 of legal costs to recover these losses from the person responsible for the accident, including: Recovering your excess. Recovery of medical expenses. Recovery of expenses and other losses you have suffered e.g. increased travel costs, loss of earnings etc. Recovering the cost of repairs if you do not have Comprehensive cover. Key Return Service FREE at Renewal Provided by BG Key Assist/Winn Solicitors. Anyone that has had their keys lost or stolen will tell you how much stress and worry it can cause. Should those keys be lost, or misplaced, the finder will be able to send them to our freepost address or contact us for further information. Once we receive your keys they will be cross referenced with your details, and we will then send your keys back to you via registered delivery or courier for added reassurance and protection. 2 Breakdown Membership Prices from Provided by NCI Vehicle Rescue plc and underwritten by Enterprise Insurance Co. 24/7, 365 days a year. Optimum Roadside Assistance & Local Recovery: ( Basic ) Cover provided by NCI Vehicle Rescue plc and underwritten by Enterprise Insurance Co. Covers 2 call outs including up to 1 hours roadside assistance trying to fix your vehicle. If the vehicle cannot be fixed it will be recovered to a local garage. In the first 72 hours of cover being purchased there is a 40 excess and cover is limited to an hours roadside assistance & local recovery within 10 miles only. Covers England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Will only cover the Channel Islands if resident there. Covers vehicles up to and including a maximum of 25 years old and a maximum of the driver plus 6 passengers. Covers recovery up to maximum of 10 miles from the breakdown. Vehicles must not exceed 3500KG (3.5 tonnes), 5.18m (17 feet) in length, 2.44m (8 feet) in width or 1.9m (6 feet 3 inches) in height. Excludes cover for running out of fuel, stolen keys or modified vehicles if it affects the ability to assist in the normal way. Excludes cover where the vehicles does not carry a spare wheel unless manufactured without one. An excess of 50 applies to all vehicles 15 years and over. Optimum Roadside, National Recovery & At Home: ( Platinum ) Cover as above plus if the local garage cannot repair the vehicle they will recover to a choice of destination, or provide alternative travel ( 100) or accommodation ( 280). If you breakdown at home or within a 1 mile radius of home they will attend. Optimum Roadside, National Recovery & At Home: ( Platinum ) + European Cover - Starts from The above cover based in the UK plus roadside assistance and recovery in Europe. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside it will be taken to the nearest garage able to undertake the work. If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 48 hours, transport to the home address will be provided. Max cover per trip 31 days or 90 days per policy year. Misfuel Membership Provided by BG Fuel Assist/Auto Fuel Fix. If you have filled your car with the wrong fuel, we will arrange for the draining and removal of the contaminated fuel. If this is not possible where your vehicle is, then we ll take you to the nearest garage. We will also take any towed trailers or caravans attached to the vehicle, along with up to four passengers and refuel the vehicle with up to 10 of the correct fuel type.
