For visa procedures: visa information and required forms (please click the link) Language requirement: Since education at BILGI is in English, all incoming students are required to possess sufficient language proficiency to attend classes in English. General terms are for all prospective BILGI students are to complete English Prep School or get 5.5 score from IELTS and/or 68 from TOEFL IBT. The prospective LIU exchange student is not obliged to prove any of this documentation but the home admission office can interview and clarify their competency in communicating through English. 3 Accomodation: Tophane Dormitory (off campus-operated by BILGI) İstanbul Bilgi University operates a residential hall in Tophane. It is designed to accommodate approximately 500 students. Residence Hall offers a variety of room choices: single, double, triple, four persons s bedrooms. It is equipped with kitchens, laundry facilities, a television room, computer and study rooms, a cafeteria and table tennis hall and a guest room in the common areas. Daily room cleaning and breakfast are available. Bedding (mattress, sheets, pillow, and blanket) are provided. Please bring your towels as well as your personal needs.free shuttle service is provided from the dorm to the campuses and between campuses.
