2 Everybody talks about Michael, our Aussie CDV Club Med General Manager Michael Clarke may only be 30, but he holds the most senior position at the Turquoise s resort in the Caribbean. Michael has been with Club Med for nine years. Learn more about him! Happy 20 th! Erin talks about her career at Club Med Erin started with Club Med 20 years ago as a reservations consultant in Perth. After 2 years she became the Holiday Centre Manager and was responsible for staff and reservations. After reservations were centralized to, she became the Sales Manager in WA. That was 14 years ago! WhatdoyoulikeaboutClubMed? Club Med is family. Everyone that works for Club Med have a very special bond. I have the most amazing friends from all around the world. I also love the evolution of the product. I have seen so many remarkable changes in the last 20 years. Forever moving forward. What s your best memory? A memory that sticks in my head was actually before I worked for Club Med. I was on a cruise and we arrived into Noumea. I met a travel agent on the cruise who said he was going to visit Club Med Chateau Royal and asked if I would like to come along. 2

3 I remember walking past the pool watching all of these beautiful tanned people doing water aerobics and everyone everywhere I looked was laughing and having fun. I said to the agent I'm definitely going to a ClubMedoneday. 12 months later I was working for Club Med. What is your favorite resort? Oh that s a tough question. I like so many resorts for so many different reasons. My favorite resort had always been Bali. I am just about to go there for the 30th time in my time with Club Med. But after I went to Cancun in 2008, it has since become my absolute favorite and I love going there. I love the culture, the beach, the people, the resort and of course my favorite drink Margaritas! What are your future plans? To travel the world (win lotto) and experience as much culture in my lifetime as I possibly can. Oh and to continue to laugh and smile, because that s what makes the world go around! And on a sales note, to make WA #1 state in Australia. TRS : Looking to change position?
