10 The Process of Meeting Energy Star: Overview Builder Signs Ally Agreement with the Ameren Illinois Utilities Builder Signs EPA Partnership Agreement Goley Insulation Reviews House Plans, plugs information into REM Rate for preliminary HERS Rating The REM Report shows the HERS score, anticipated energy costs, an improvements analysis & suggested improvements in order of economical benefit, and anticipated effects of improvements on the Index score.
