For almost all of us, there s that moment of awakening when you see a you ve added bulges, bumps and girth to your frame in what seems like a frighteningly short amount of time --- a fun summer, a great vacation, a food-heavy holiday. It leads to panic and sometimes, even to a binge. The idea of having to starve once again, sweat once again and deprive once again is too much so we take comfort in cookies. And for most of us, we don t even know where to begin. I ve been in this place countless times in my life. Even after becoming when this place creeps back in. I can t even remember. straws on how I can make my way back to a place that feels good. My name is Londin Winters. I had spent so many years thinking the more I beat myself into submission, the better results I would have. It didn t work. I was rigorously self-aware, questioning every negative thought, limiting belief and disempowering feeling that bubbled into my space. I transformed them into positive inspiration. This positive approach worked so well for me that I not only found complete mental and emotional freedom, I also happened to create my something I never thought would be possible for me. * * * Me. 9

9 Loving Your Weight Off: Book I - Spiritual Tools 1. Show Up For Yourself... No Matter What yourself, no matter what. When I became 100% committed to creating the deepest experience of love, the shift began to happen. A commitment to total love is a commitment to be your own best caretaker. Parenting is a great analogy. When a child is throwing a tantrum in the middle of the crowded grocery store, very few parents want to take the time to listen and deal gently with the matter. It s frustrating and inconvenient and you d rather just shut it down. It s far easier to distract the child with some candy and get things moving. That s exactly what I was doing to my own inner child --- silencing it with food. 18
10 Loving Your Weight Off: Book I - Spiritual Tools going on when the unnatural cravings kicked in so I d pacify my own inner outcry with food. It was a huge shift when I stopped doing this. I switched my orientation from intolerance to curiosity when the cravings would hit. I took a moving at a pace where I could keep my whole self on board and stop When I made listening inside one of the top priorities in my life, my power increased. It was the ultimate paradox. I was pacifying myself with sugar to stay on task, to stay focused and to succeed. My fear-based self always warned me there wasn t time to listen to that pesky little voice inside. It warned weak sides of myself. Years later I found out the opposite is true. The pesky little voice was actually the most genius and authentic part of me. Now I live by it. My true success came when I stopped pacifying myself with sweets and I started honoring my natural rhythms. My results and success exponentially increased when I stopped pushing so hard and took a moment to listen to my deepest knowing. This is not about wallowing in mediocrity. It s about stepping into the wisdom within. This is about moving out of self-hate and into love. Embodiment is empowerment. Anyone who has been there knows this is easier said than done. 19
