Place all ingredients except beaten egg whites in blender or food processor and pulse or blend until mixture is uniform. 2. Pour blended ingredients into a bowl and add egg whites. fold until just blended. 3. Preheat a non stick pan or griddle over medium heat spray with cooking spray. ladle pancake mixture onto griddle and cook until both sides are browned. About 2 minutes per side 1

2 protein mix Blueberry Muffins Servings: 6 Cook Time: 25 minutes 1 cup soy milk 1 teaspoon apple cider, vinegar 1 cup whole-wheat, flour 1/2 cup suzane somers vanilla, cream, protein powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup canola oil 1/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups fresh, blueberries Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the blueberries. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Fill each liner 3 tablespoons of batter. Bake for 25 minutes. 2

3 protein mix Chocolate Brownie Servings: 4 Cook Time: 20 minutes 1/2 cup unsalted, butter, at room temperature 1/3 cup organic, sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 large, eggs 3/4 cup of suzanne somers chocolate shake, mix 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 bar suzanne peanut, chocolate, chew bar cut into tiny pieces(optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a mixer cream together the butter and sugar to a smooth light yellow about 3 minutes. Add the vanilla, peanut butter and eggs and mix to thoroughly incorporated.mix in the remaining ingredients. Prepare a 9 inch square baking dish by spraying non-stick spray or rubbing with butter. Bake on center rack for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for minutes then cut into squares. 3

4 protein mix Chocolate Protein Cookies Servings: 6 Cook Time: 11 minutes 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup organic, sugar 2 scoops chocolate, protein powder 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened 1 egg, large preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix until your consistency is like cookie dough. Depending on the thickness of your peanut butter, you may need to add a few more tablespoons of protein powder. Spoon out 2 tablespoons of dough into your palms and roll into a ball. Flatten between your palms and place on a baking sheet. Use a fork to create classic peanut butter cookie criss-cross marks on your cookie. Bake at 350 for minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown. 4

Line either a loaf pan or small brownie pan with parchment paper 2. Mix all ingredients well, until a dough is formed 3. Press dough evenly into pan 4. Freeze for at least 45m-1 hr, until fudge has hardened 5. Cut into pieces enjoy! Description Delicious chewy low in sugar and high in protein and flavor 5

Add eggs and sugar and mix using an electric mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing for 2-3min. Pour in baking pan (6 pan works best) lined with parchment paper for best results. Bake at 325 for 25min then turn down the oven to 200 and continue baking for an additional hour. Let cool in fridge for 4-5 hour 6
