7 Foreword This operation manual helps you to use your digital receiver, called a receiver for short: as intended, safely and to the best advantage We assume that the user of the receiver has a general knowledge of how to handle consumer electronics equipment. Everyone who: fits, connects, operates, cleans or disposes of this receiver must have taken note of the complete contents of this operating manual. Please always keep this operating manual near the receiver. Layout Features Various elements of the operating manual are provided with specified layout features. You can thus easily distinguish whether it involves normal text, itemisation, or a sequence of actions. 7

8 Safety Instructions Read through the safety instructions carefully, before you start operating the receiver. Pay attention to all warnings and information on the device and in the operating manual. Electrical connection Disconnect the receiver from the mains socket if there is an operating malfunction. Note: in spite of turning off the power switch on the back, the receiver is still powered up. To avoid the risk of fire and of an electric shock, do not expose the receiver either to rain or Other humidity. Never open the housing. Otherwise there is the risk of an electric shock. Only connect the receiver to a professionally installed V, Hz mains power socket. The total LNB power consumption must not exceed 300 ma. Disconnect from mains supply when not in use for a long period of time. During thunderstorms disconnect the mains plug of the receiver from the power socket. If foreign bodies or liquid should get into the receiver, disconnect the mains plug from the power socket immediately. 8

9 Safety Instructions Continued Do not kink or crush the power cable. If the power cable is damaged, you must get the receiver repaired by qualified competent person before using it again. Otherwise there is a risk of an electric shock. Never let children tamper with the receiver. Always have servicing work done by qualified competent person. Correct Location Place the receiver on a solid, flat support. Avoid the proximity of: Heat sources Naked flames Appliances with a strong magnetic field Do not place containers with liquid in them on the receiver. Avoid direct sunlight and places with unusually high amounts of dust. Never cover up the ventilation slots. Make sure the receiver has sufficient ventilation. Do not put any heavy objects on the receiver. When you bring the receiver out of a cold into a warm environment, condensation may be formed inside the device. In this case wait about one hour before operating it. 9

10 Correct Handling of Batteries Keep out of reach of Children. Batteries can contain toxins. Leaking batteries can cause damage to the remote control. If the receiver is not used for a long time, take the batteries out of the remote control. Batteries may contain toxins that damage the environment. For this reason, it is absolutely essential that you dispose of the batteries in accordance with the legal provisions that are in force in your country at the time. Never throw batteries away in your normal household refuse. Under no circumstance throw the receiver and batteries away in the normal household refuse. This a requirement of the WEEE directive. 10

11 Explanation of the Safety Instructions In the operating manual you will find the following categories of safety instructions: Danger! Instructions with the word DANGER warn you of possible personal injury. Caution! Instructions with the word CAUTION warn you of possible damage to property or the environment. These instructions contain special information for economical use of the receiver. Use as Intended The receiver is used for receiving unencrypted digital satellite programmes (free-toair). It is exclusively intended for this purpose and may only be used for this. This also includes adherence to all information in this operating manual, in particular the safety instructions. Any other use is deemed to be not as intended and can lead to damage to property or even personal injury. In addition it means the immediate invalidation of the warranty. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage which arises from use which is not as intended. 11

12 Contents Supplied Special Function Keys: continued AUDIO Using the audio key, you can select the sound track if a station offers multi-channel sound. Furthermore, here you can activate the Dolby Digital mode (for which you will need additionally a Dolby Digital system; the connection is made at the rear of the unit via the COAXIAL socket). EPG Electronic Programme Guide. Please press the EPG key to activate this function. The programme list will appear. Using the CH and CH keys, you can choose a programme. On the right-hand side, the current and following programme is indicated. In order to receive Teletext, the selected station must support this function. When changing programmes, the TXT symbol will be displayed. In order to switch on Teletext, press the TEXT key. If you want to switch off Teletext, press either the EXIT or the TEXT key. Use double Screened Benchmark cable Such as TX100 on the installation to ensure good signal levels and minimise local interference which could cause freeze framing and pixilation

13 Special Function Keys Description Switching between TV and SAT Using the "TV/SAT key, you can switch between TV function and Satellite function. However. This function must be available on your TV set. Press the "TV/SAT key repeatedly, until the desired function is achieved. Switching between TV and Radio Using the key TV/Radio, you can switch between TV function and DVB-Radio function. The receiver is now transmitting a radio programme and displaying a background image. In order to switch back to the TV programme, press the TV/Radio key on the remote control unit. ZOOM You can enlarge an image section using the zoom function. Press the ZOOM key twice. You can select the image section using the keys CH, CH, V- and V+. Every time you press the ZOOM key, the image section will be enlarged in maximum 6 stages. When you press the key for a seventh time, the image returns to its original size. You can leave this mode using the EXIT key. LIST Press the "LIST" key once. As already described above under the menu item "Programme", you have the opportunity here to edit the programme list. 38 With the receiver you can receive unencrypted digital satellite programmes (free-to-air) via a satellite dish. You do not need to programme the receiver for the time being. The most important broadcasters and satellites are pre-programmed. The satellite dish must be aligned to the desired satellite. The receiver searches for additional new programmes as soon as you launch the automatic transmitter scan for this satellite. Satellites that are not pre-programmed can be added. You can easily carry out all receiver settings via the user interface (menu) on the TV screen. 16 Connecting the Digital Satellite Receiver The receiver is connected to your satellite dish via pre-installed satellite cable. It is recommended that the satellite cable is installed by a qualified competent person. System Setup Symbol: Receiver Submenu Audio Language Do not connect the receiver to the mains power supply until you have connected it properly to all devices and to the dish. Otherwise the receiver may be damaged. The braiding and the inner conductor of the coaxial cable carry electrical current during operation. Polarity TP Scan (manual channel search run) Satellite Cable fitting Instructions Fitting the Satellite Cable (Assembly diagram on the following page) For fitting the F-connector onto the coaxial cable you need wire strippers and wire-cutting pliers. Cut 8 mm of coaxial cable at each end down to the inner core. Carefully strip 10 mm of the outer insulation off, so that the braiding is free. Push the braiding back over the outer insulation, so that it is not touching the inner wire. Remove the inner dielectric up to 2 mm in front of the braiding Twist the F-connector onto the braiding, until the connector comes up against the inner insulation. There must be no braiding overlapping at the back of the connector end. Shorten the inner core with wire-cutting pliers, so that it protrudes a maximum of 1 mm out of the connector. Horizontal, Vertical, H/V (Automatic) With this search function, you can search the pre-set frequencies (transponder) individually. The transponder data can be changed manually. This process is started using "Search". Preset Scan Searching through pre-programmed frequencies (transponder). (Normal automatic search run) Auto Scan (unique function, can be carried out without any prior knowledge), Here, you can search completely through a selected satellite (example:astra1 19 East) for new programmes. No particular details are required for this. You can choose to search for free or all TV and radio programmes. This process is started using "Search". Particularly recommended for Türksat 34 17

18 F-Type Connector fitting Instructions Channel:Symbol TV set continued 1: Delete Using the 1 key, selected stations can be marked for deletion. Please confirm selection using the OK key. 2 :Skip Using the 2 key, selected stations can be marked for jumping. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Selected stations will then be jumped during zapping (channel hopping). Direct input will still be possible. 3 :Lock Using the 3 key, selected stations can be marked for locking. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Selected stations will then require a password (protection of children). 4: Create You can get into edit mode via the 4 key. Here, you can change individual parameters as you like. Please confirm selection using the OK key. 5: Edit You can get into the New Input mode via the 5 key. By directly inputting a frequency and the PID, you can enter a new programme. 6: Delete All Using the 6 key, all stations can be marked for deletion. Thereafter, individual programmes can be removed from the selection using the 1 key. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Type (Programme group) Here, you can allocate selected programmes to certain programme groups (types) as you like. Please confirm selection using the OK key. You can leave the menu by pressing the EXIT key. Screw the F-connector of the coaxial cable onto the LNB IN connection on the receiver. The other end of the coaxial cable should be firmly screwed onto the LNB

To do so: Input password (Factory setting 0000) and confirm warning message query with Yes. 1:Favourite You determine your Favourite by pressing the 1 key. Next to the relevant programmes, a heart symbol will appear. Plug the SCART cable into the TV SCART socket on the receiver. Connect the SCART cable to the TV set. Follow the operating instructions of the TV set. If you wish to connect a video recorder, plug a SCART cable into the VCR SCART socket on the receiver. Follow the operating instructions of the video recorder. The SCART cable is included in the package supplied. Connection Diagram 2:Move When the 2 key is pressed, the Shift symbol appears behind the marked programme. Using the CH+ and CH- keys, the programme is moved to the required location. The action must be confirmed with OK. 3:Find Programme Search function. Stations can be found selectively by entering alphabetic characters on the OSD keyboard. 4:Sort Sorting the complete programme list according to options on offer. The list must be confirmed with OK. As long as nothing has been confirmed, the last status before confirmation can be recalled using "New Calculation". 5:Edit After inputting the password (Factory setting 0000), new selection options appear

20 Connection with Phono / AV Cinch Cable Navigating through the menus If you wish to connect a stereo system, connect the Phono AV connector with the AUDIO R and AUDIO L sockets of the receiver. You can navigate through the menus using the keys CH+, CH-, V+, V-. The chosen menu items will be marked. Selection is via the OK key. You can leave the menu using the EXIT key. Any changes must also be confirmed. Additionally, the numeric keypad is required for further submenus. Caution! Never connect the Phono input of your stereo system with the receiver, which can destroy your stereo system. Adhere absolutely to the information for connection of a cinch cable in the Connection of a Digital Audio Receiver If you want to use the 5-channel audio transmission (Dolby Digital Sound/AC3), you must connect your digital audio receiver with the coaxial output of the receiver. Caution! Adhere absolutely to the information for connection in the operating manual of your digital audio receiver/amplifier. 20 In every menu, you will be shown at the bottom a Notes line which also offers all selection options. Example: Set Receiver to Summer Time. Key MENU, select System Settings, select Time & Timer Settings, OK key, select Display Time, OK key. Under the point GMT, set Shift "GMT+02:00. Leave the menu using the EXIT key. Settings for Central Europe: Summertime: GMT+02:00 Wintertime: GMT+01:00 31

Connect the coaxial cable with the digital audio receiver. Aligning the Satellite Dish We recommend you have the system and cable installed by a qualified competent person. Should you do the installation yourself, please adhere to the following instructions. Before you align the dish, you must connect the satellite cable to the LNB. Follow the assembly instructions for your satellite dish

22 Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued Caution! Connect the satellite cable to the LNB and receiver first. Plug receiver in to the mains socket and turn on. Follow the instruction manual to align the dish Screw the F-type connector onto the LNB screw connection. Fit the dish on a south easterly wall with a clear line of site. Follow the dish assembly instructions fully and us the correct fixing methods. The location of the sun helps you to find out which direction is south. The sun is located exactly in the south at 12 o clock during the summertime, and at 1 pm during the wintertime. 22 User Interface on TV screen You can adjust the individual settings of your receiver via the menus of the user interface. To do so, both the receiver and the TV set must be switched on and be connected via a SCART cable. Press the "MENU" key. The main menu will appear. By using the "EXIT key or pressing the "MENU key again, you can leave this menu. You can navigate through the menus as follows: Top:Menu name (for this, function symbols are shown below) Followed by: Submenus or menu items Bottom: The information bar shows you the keys with which you can navigate through the current menu. 29

23 Screen Fade-In During Programme Change During a programme change, an information bar is displayed on the screen for 5 seconds (can be altered via menu System settings OSD Setting OSD Delay). This information bar shows the following: Programme name Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued You must have this field of vision when you stand behind the Dish. Nearly all common satellite positions are located within this 90-degree angle, such as for example Astra 19.2 degrees East, Eutelsat Hotbird 13 Degrees East, Astra 28.3 Degrees east of south, Türksat 42 degrees East. Depending on which satellite you want to receive, there must be an open view in this angle. This must above all be adhered to when installing to a wall. Make sure, before you fix an appropriate wall fitting (not included in the dish pack) to the wall of your house, that your dish can also turn far enough without hitting the house wall. Heart Symbol The heart symbol will appear if you have entered the programme into your favourites list. Info For the current and following programme Info About currently active programmes list Info For the current and following programme Info About currently active programmes list 28 After you have made all the connections, you can now begin to align the dish. Please check again whether the receiver is connected with the LNB on the dish and also with the TV set. If these cable connections have been properly carried out, you can switch on the receiver. 23

24 Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued Receiver Caution! Check the proper connection of all devices and the dish, before you connect the receiver to the mains power supply. First step: Switch your TV set on. Please take care that your TV set is adjusted to the receiver. With a SCART connection the TV set must be on the appropriate AV channel. Second step: Now switch the receiver on. Please note in doing this that the receiver is pre-programmed for the most common satellites and their programmes and that you only have to enter the channel numbers via the number pad on your receiver remote control: Example: If you want to receive the Astra 19.2 East satellite, you must put your receiver onto channel 1 to align the dish. The same also applies for other satellites such as Hotbird. If you wish to align your aerial to Hotbird, you must call up a pre-programmed Hotbird channel on your receiver. Third step: Now align your dish with the satellite you have selected. There are several possibilities for doing this. The simplest method is as follows: Insert the mains plugs of the connected devices into the mains power socket and switch the connected devices on. Switch the AV channel on the TV set on. Insert the receiver s mains plug into the mains power socket. On the back of the receiver, turn on the mains switch. The device will be in normal mode. The current channel position will be displayed. The receiver is supplied with pre-programmed television programmes and can be used immediately. If you want to establish whether there are new programmes, activate a programme search scan. For this, read the information below. Standby mode, press the red button on the top right of the remote control. The current time is displayed. 25 Remote Control Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued For the remote control you need two batteries of the micro type: LR 03/AAA/1.5 V Supplied Open the battery compartment. Note: This installation method requires 2 people. Now turn your dish slowly to the east (left) while watching your TV set, until the reception part is pointing directly east, that is, turn it through 90 degrees. See Fig.03. With digital satellite reception the receiver receives the transmitter signal with a slight time lag. Therefore turn the dish very slowly and wait at each position for a few seconds, until the receiver displays the signal strength on the screen menu. Observing the polarity, put two batteries into the battery compartment and close the battery compartment cover again carefully until the cover locks in position. Change batteries that are becoming weak in good time. Always change both batteries at the same time and use batteries of the same type. If a battery has leaked, put protective gloves on and clean the battery compartment with a dry cloth. When you have aligned your satellite dish to the correct location and you are receiving the desired satellite channels, lock the dish off to stop it moving. Fig.03 Caution! Batteries may contain toxins that can damage your health and the environment. Therefore dispose of the batteries in absolute accordance with the legal provisions in force. Never throw the batteries away in the normal household refuse. The remote control transmits infrared signals to the receiver. Please get the functions of the buttons from the overview of the remote control. Point the remote control at the front of the receiver and press the appropriate button once for a short time. To peak the dish and get maximum signal level you need to adjust the elevation. To do this, gently pull on the top of the dish. You will need somebody to watch the screen and advise you of the best received signal level. When you have peaked the dish for maximum signal level, and checked that you are receiving all desired channels, tighten all bolts. See drawings A and B. To display the signal and quality readings press the INFO button on the remote control. Please now check again as to whether you are receiving the set programme on the receiver and continue to switch channels on the receiver with the remote control CH+ and CH- buttons. If you have no reception after carefully going through the process or if other faults occur, please contact your specialist dealer

26 Remote Control Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued For the remote control you need two batteries of the micro type: LR 03/AAA/1.5 V Supplied Open the battery compartment. Note: This installation method requires 2 people. Now turn your dish slowly to the east (left) while watching your TV set, until the reception part is pointing directly east, that is, turn it through 90 degrees. See Fig.03. With digital satellite reception the receiver receives the transmitter signal with a slight time lag. Therefore turn the dish very slowly and wait at each position for a few seconds, until the receiver displays the signal strength on the screen menu. Observing the polarity, put two batteries into the battery compartment and close the battery compartment cover again carefully until the cover locks in position. Change batteries that are becoming weak in good time. Always change both batteries at the same time and use batteries of the same type. If a battery has leaked, put protective gloves on and clean the battery compartment with a dry cloth. When you have aligned your satellite dish to the correct location and you are receiving the desired satellite channels, lock the dish off to stop it moving. Fig.03 Caution! Batteries may contain toxins that can damage your health and the environment. Therefore dispose of the batteries in absolute accordance with the legal provisions in force. Never throw the batteries away in the normal household refuse. The remote control transmits infrared signals to the receiver. Please get the functions of the buttons from the overview of the remote control. Point the remote control at the front of the receiver and press the appropriate button once for a short time. To peak the dish and get maximum signal level you need to adjust the elevation. To do this, gently pull on the top of the dish. You will need somebody to watch the screen and advise you of the best received signal level. When you have peaked the dish for maximum signal level, and checked that you are receiving all desired channels, tighten all bolts. See drawings A and B. To display the signal and quality readings press the INFO button on the remote control. Please now check again as to whether you are receiving the set programme on the receiver and continue to switch channels on the receiver with the remote control CH+ and CH- buttons. If you have no reception after carefully going through the process or if other faults occur, please contact your specialist dealer

27 Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued Receiver Caution! Check the proper connection of all devices and the dish, before you connect the receiver to the mains power supply. First step: Switch your TV set on. Please take care that your TV set is adjusted to the receiver. With a SCART connection the TV set must be on the appropriate AV channel. Second step: Now switch the receiver on. Please note in doing this that the receiver is pre-programmed for the most common satellites and their programmes and that you only have to enter the channel numbers via the number pad on your receiver remote control: Example: If you want to receive the Astra 19.2 East satellite, you must put your receiver onto channel 1 to align the dish. The same also applies for other satellites such as Hotbird. If you wish to align your aerial to Hotbird, you must call up a pre-programmed Hotbird channel on your receiver. Third step: Now align your dish with the satellite you have selected. There are several possibilities for doing this. The simplest method is as follows: Insert the mains plugs of the connected devices into the mains power socket and switch the connected devices on. Switch the AV channel on the TV set on. Insert the receiver s mains plug into the mains power socket. On the back of the receiver, turn on the mains switch. The device will be in normal mode. The current channel position will be displayed. The receiver is supplied with pre-programmed television programmes and can be used immediately. If you want to establish whether there are new programmes, activate a programme search scan. For this, read the information below. Standby mode, press the red button on the top right of the remote control. The current time is displayed. 28 Screen Fade-In During Programme Change During a programme change, an information bar is displayed on the screen for 5 seconds (can be altered via menu System settings OSD Setting OSD Delay). This information bar shows the following: Programme name Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued You must have this field of vision when you stand behind the Dish. Nearly all common satellite positions are located within this 90-degree angle, such as for example Astra 19.2 degrees East, Eutelsat Hotbird 13 Degrees East, Astra 28.3 Degrees east of south, Türksat 42 degrees East. Depending on which satellite you want to receive, there must be an open view in this angle. This must above all be adhered to when installing to a wall. Make sure, before you fix an appropriate wall fitting (not included in the dish pack) to the wall of your house, that your dish can also turn far enough without hitting the house wall. Please check again whether the receiver is connected with the LNB on the dish and also with the TV set. If these cable connections have been properly carried out, you can switch on the receiver. 23

29 Aligning the Satellite Dish Continued Caution! Connect the satellite cable to the LNB and receiver first. Plug receiver in to the mains socket and turn on. Follow the instruction manual to align the dish Screw the F-type connector onto the LNB screw connection. Fit the dish on a south easterly wall with a clear line of site. Follow the dish assembly instructions fully and us the correct fixing methods. The location of the sun helps you to find out which direction is south. The sun is located exactly in the south at 12 o clock during the summertime, and at 1 pm during the wintertime. 22 User Interface on TV screen You can adjust the individual settings of your receiver via the menus of the user interface. To do so, both the receiver and the TV set must be switched on and be connected via a SCART cable. Press the "MENU" key. The main menu will appear. By using the "EXIT key or pressing the "MENU key again, you can leave this menu. You can navigate through the menus as follows: Top:Menu name (for this, function symbols are shown below) Followed by: Submenus or menu items Bottom: The information bar shows you the keys with which you can navigate through the current menu. 29

Follow the assembly instructions for your satellite dish

31 Connection with Phono / AV Cinch Cable Navigating through the menus If you wish to connect a stereo system, connect the Phono AV connector with the AUDIO R and AUDIO L sockets of the receiver. You can navigate through the menus using the keys CH+, CH-, V+, V-. The chosen menu items will be marked. Selection is via the OK key. You can leave the menu using the EXIT key. Any changes must also be confirmed. Additionally, the numeric keypad is required for further submenus. Caution! Never connect the Phono input of your stereo system with the receiver, which can destroy your stereo system. Adhere absolutely to the information for connection of a cinch cable in the Connection of a Digital Audio Receiver If you want to use the 5-channel audio transmission (Dolby Digital Sound/AC3), you must connect your digital audio receiver with the coaxial output of the receiver. Caution! Adhere absolutely to the information for connection in the operating manual of your digital audio receiver/amplifier. 20 In every menu, you will be shown at the bottom a Notes line which also offers all selection options. Example: Set Receiver to Summer Time. Key MENU, select System Settings, select Time & Timer Settings, OK key, select Display Time, OK key. Under the point GMT, set Shift "GMT+02:00. Leave the menu using the EXIT key. Settings for Central Europe: Summertime: GMT+02:00 Wintertime: GMT+01:00 31

Next to the relevant programmes, a heart symbol will appear. Plug the SCART cable into the TV SCART socket on the receiver. Connect the SCART cable to the TV set. Follow the operating instructions of the TV set. If you wish to connect a video recorder, plug a SCART cable into the VCR SCART socket on the receiver. Follow the operating instructions of the video recorder. The SCART cable is included in the package supplied. Connection Diagram 2:Move When the 2 key is pressed, the Shift symbol appears behind the marked programme. Using the CH+ and CH- keys, the programme is moved to the required location. The action must be confirmed with OK. 3:Find Programme Search function. Stations can be found selectively by entering alphabetic characters on the OSD keyboard. 4:Sort Sorting the complete programme list according to options on offer. The list must be confirmed with OK. As long as nothing has been confirmed, the last status before confirmation can be recalled using "New Calculation". 5:Edit After inputting the password (Factory setting 0000), new selection options appear

Please confirm selection using the OK key. 2 :Skip Using the 2 key, selected stations can be marked for jumping. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Selected stations will then be jumped during zapping (channel hopping). Direct input will still be possible. 3 :Lock Using the 3 key, selected stations can be marked for locking. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Selected stations will then require a password (protection of children). 4: Create You can get into edit mode via the 4 key. Here, you can change individual parameters as you like. Please confirm selection using the OK key. 5: Edit You can get into the New Input mode via the 5 key. By directly inputting a frequency and the PID, you can enter a new programme. 6: Delete All Using the 6 key, all stations can be marked for deletion. Thereafter, individual programmes can be removed from the selection using the 1 key. Please confirm selection using the OK key. Type (Programme group) Here, you can allocate selected programmes to certain programme groups (types) as you like. Please confirm selection using the OK key. You can leave the menu by pressing the EXIT key. Screw the F-connector of the coaxial cable onto the LNB IN connection on the receiver. The other end of the coaxial cable should be firmly screwed onto the LNB

Polarity TP Scan (manual channel search run) Satellite Cable fitting Instructions Fitting the Satellite Cable (Assembly diagram on the following page) For fitting the F-connector onto the coaxial cable you need wire strippers and wire-cutting pliers. Cut 8 mm of coaxial cable at each end down to the inner core. Carefully strip 10 mm of the outer insulation off, so that the braiding is free. Push the braiding back over the outer insulation, so that it is not touching the inner wire. Remove the inner dielectric up to 2 mm in front of the braiding Twist the F-connector onto the braiding, until the connector comes up against the inner insulation. There must be no braiding overlapping at the back of the connector end. Shorten the inner core with wire-cutting pliers, so that it protrudes a maximum of 1 mm out of the connector. Horizontal, Vertical, H/V (Automatic) With this search function, you can search the pre-set frequencies (transponder) individually. The transponder data can be changed manually. This process is started using "Search". Preset Scan Searching through pre-programmed frequencies (transponder). (Normal automatic search run) Auto Scan (unique function, can be carried out without any prior knowledge), Here, you can search completely through a selected satellite (example:astra1 19 East) for new programmes. No particular details are required for this. You can choose to search for free or all TV and radio programmes. This process is started using "Search". Particularly recommended for Türksat 34 17

35 Connecting the Digital Satellite Receiver The receiver is connected to your satellite dish via pre-installed satellite cable. It is recommended that the satellite cable is installed by a qualified competent person.
