Strength and durability Manufactured in the UK from the very best modern materials, Sheerline decking and balustrading is made from high impact external grade thermoplastic. Weather and stain resistance Sheerline PVC-U is extremely durable and requires no regular maintenance procedures such as painting or treatment to resist the effects of rain, winds, snow, frost, heat or strong sunshine. What s more, it won t absorb spillages such as food and drink. Static load and wear resistance Sheerline verandah systems are designed and static weight load tested to adequately support the weight of people and furniture through general use to BS 6399 Part 1. Extremely hard-wearing woodgrain finishes also satisfy the demands of BS EN 660 Part 2. Lead-free PVC-U composition UK manufactured using calcium organic stabilised PVC-U to BS EN standards, Sheerline is one of the only lead-free PVC-U systems available on the market today. Fire safety Sheerline verandahs and access systems will self-extinguish if set alight and are fire rated to BS 476 Part 7: Class 1 for surface spread of flame when built to Sheerline specifications, giving you total peace of mind.
