3 Products & Services Service Quick SMS Description Send Single content mass broadcasts to millions of mobile numbers, quickly and effectively, with dedicated high-speed throughputs, and full delivery receipt notifications to handsets. All connections are UK connections with no data transfer outside of the United Kingdom. Product supports; Alphanumeric Sender ID, and real-time delivery receipts. Bulk Advanced Sender Add Dynamic Content to your messages, making each SMS message unique, Personalize your message with unique content i.e. Name, Surname - System sends with high capacity throughput using UK Connections supporting Multiple Alpha-numeric Sender ID's and full delivery notification. 2-Ways SMS - VMN'S (Virtual Mobile Numbers) Send & Receive messages through Virtual Mobile Numbers without giving out your own numbers, protects user identity whilst allowing a conversation being the user and the mobile handset. Short-Codes Shared & Dedicated short-codes are used to allow opt in and opt out communications by SMS. The MMG system auto-screens against users stop lists before sending ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, Electronic Communications Act, PP+ and MNO codes of Practice. Tracking /URL MMG have developed a unique tiny url conversion system which automatically converts a web url to a custom tiny url, branded as the client. When clicked our system records the date&time clicked together with the handset details i.e. Iphone5, blackberry etc. Number Search Search a mobile number to identify all information held on a mobile subscriber, including messages received, sent or opt-out/opt-in information. Reporting The online reporting tool allows users to segment reports based on connectivity types, users, date ranges, expenditure, and IP address. With no human interaction needed, this service ensures compliance to the Data Protection Act, Electronic Communications Act, MNO & PP+ Codes of Practice Character Sets MMG supports all international character sets to allow automatic language recognition, supporting all languages including but not limited to: Arabic, Greek, Latin, Chinese, Hindustani, Mandarin Multi-Part Messages / Character Limit Security MMG supports multi-part messages allowing clients to send over 160 characters within a single message, Each message contains 160 characters, the client is charged for each 16O character part. The messages are sent and combined on the mobile handset, making sure the mobile subscriber receives one long message instead of multiple messages. Security is at the heart of our business. All our dedicated servers are based in Leeds United Kingdom, with secondary backup servers ready in the event of failure at another location in the UK. Our Servers are protected by Cisco Firewalls and can be configured to allow dedicated IP addresses to access our platforms. All our servers are protected by Enhanced SSL certification. 5 Integrated Systems NHS Mail As you are aware, Central funding for SMS within NHS mail is coming to an end and trusts have been advised to find new providers directly, utilising the approved list of providers from G-Cloud (Government Supplier Portal). MMG is an Approved G-Cloud Supplier UKAS Accredited with ISO (Data and Information Security Management System) UKAS Accredited with ISO-9001 DMA Member MMA Member. Fully Insured Tech Company, Data Security is at the heart of our business, with all Servers based in Leeds, UK We only operate UK mobile network connections ensuring no data transfer outside of the UK. Data can be encrypted with PII on request. Migration to MMG systems is a simple replacement to your current NHS mail SMS Service. There are 3 options, 1 of them is a very simple setup where users are still able to use the current NHS mail system, all allow outbound and inbound SMS Traffic. Option1 Automated FTP File upload Option2 API Connectivity, via HTTP Api Option3 Easy Replacement basically your users wouldn t notice any difference and no real set up is required, when creating a message in your systems, you do the same as you always do, however you setup a redirect we authenticate that the address we receive from is associated to your business unit, and then send out the message. All you need to do from a technical point of view is setup the users (upload a list of address to our system), alternatively you could authenticate before you submit to us. Cost per Fragment 0.021p per message Fragment = 160 Characters (GSM UK Language) Minimum Order Volume: There is no Minimum Order Volume, clients pay per message fragment sent. Setup VAT Monthly Access Cost and Service Level Agreement 0.00 per month + VAT In Short Setup VAT Monthly Fee 0 + VAT (Service Level Fee) Message Cost per fragment 0.021p Minimum Length Contract: There is no contract Length Requirement. *Subject to Credit Status, invoices are raised on the 1 st of Every Month, for the previous month s traffic and monthly fee. Invoices are due within 30 Days of Date of Invoice. Setup Fee is payable in advance Why our Prices may be higher? 1.
