7 Site Access: NCBC Consider: What is the land contour? Are sidewalks present? Is there pedestrian traffic? Are bus stops planned? Vehicular access only is acceptable for: areas with no sidewalks areas lacking substantial pedestrian traffic areas where access is infeasible
