1 Welcome Bonus 1. The Welcome Bonus is only available for new clients that have not previously held an account 2. The Welcome Gift promotion is available only on the Classic account 3. The partial crediting of a part/percentage of the bonus is acceptable on a once per month occurrence 11. The bonus trading requirements must be completed within six months of the deposit date 12. 2 8. Once trading requirements are complete, the client must claim the gift in writing to and must include the account number 9. The claim will be validated, the gift be purchased and dispatched to the registered address of the client. A proof of residence may be requested prior to dispatch 10. In case there is delivery or purchase restrictions in the clients geographical location, or whenever the Company sees fit, the right is reserved to credit the cash equivalent to the MT4 trading account balance of the client 11. The Rebate program offers specific rebate rates for trading on specific accounts 3. The minimum qualifying deposit requirement is set out on the promotion page and is subject to change 4. The minimum trade volume requirement for each program is set out on the promotion page and is subject to change 5. Rebate rates are paid are according to the account type 6. Instant Rebate crediting is subject to availability 7. Instant rebates are credited to a separate MT4 account as cash 8. Prior to trading clients must contact the support team for the set up of instant rebates, any volumes traded before the set up on the instant rebate account shall not qualify for rebates 9. Clients that fail to maintain the pre-agreed monthly volumes or minimum account balance agree that the VPS facility will be automatically cancelled 6. Cancellation may occur without any prior notifications or warnings 7. The VPS is provided by a third party service, the Company accepts no responsibility for failures, downtime or any other issues that may cause disturbance to trading 8. It is the full responsibility of the client to monitor and maintain the VPS facility 9. The Company is not responsible to monitor the VPS functionality nor the settings implemented within the VPS. 10. It is recommend that the client checks the auto-update settings from within the VPS to ensure that trading is not disturbed 11. Volumes are calculated on a monthly basis 12. The offer is available to new clients who have not previously held an account 3. The offer is available to clients that have not previously received a No Deposit Bonus to any account 4. The No Deposit Bonus will be added only to verified live accounts 5. The No Deposit Bonus is available for 14 days 6. The sum of the No Deposit Bonus credited cannot be withdrawn 7. Profits generated from the No Deposit Bonus can be withdrawn 8. The profits will be transferred as a bonus to an new Classic or Scalper trading account and can be withdrawn upon the following: a. Minimum account funding: $200 (Classic) and $500 (Scalper) b. Client is requested to trade 0.25 lots for every $1 bonus received to withdraw profits c. 4 1. The Hybrid offer is available a special account that carries this promotion offer 2. This Offer will be made available to Clients who fund their account during the promotion active period 12. The promotion offers qualifying clients a Bonus plus Rebate according to details set out on the promotion page and is subject to change 13. Minimum account funding is according to the minimum account set out on the promotion page and is subject to change 3. The bonus is available to trade for 60 days 4. Bonus sum credited cannot be withdrawn 5. Profits can be withdrawn once trading requirements are met (within 60 days) 6. Trading requirements: For every $1 in bonus received, the Client must trade 0.3 lots. For example, deposit $1000, receive $200 bonus, and in order to withdraw profits the Client must trade (200*0.3 = 60 lots) 7. Should the allocated timeframe elapse and the trading requirement is not met, the bonus and profits are declared void and removed from the trading account 8. Any withdrawals prior to trading requirement completion will be subject to the removal of Bonus sum and any profits generated prior to the withdrawal completion 9. Rebates are credited to the trading account MT4 account as cash, funds can be withdrawn or traded 10. Rebates are calculated and crediting manually at the end of each month following the clients claim for rebates 11. All Rebate claims must be submitted to support@yadix.com prior to the 5th day of each month for the volumes traded in previous month 12. Neither Rebates unclaimed, or any traded volumes will not be rolled over to the following months 13. Commission back is credited manually at the end of each month, only after a claim is received from the participating client 9. Claims must be received to support@yadix.com prior to the 5th of each month. Any claim received later than the 5th day of the month will be declared void 10. Should the balance of the account be below the minimum set out on the promotions page that is subject to change, Clients are able to add funds to qualify prior to the 5th day of each month. Trading bonus promotions are offered from time to time and are not a permanent offering 2. This Offer will be made available to Clients who fund their account during the promotion active period 3. Trading bonus is available on Classic and Islamic accounts only 4. Minimum account funding is according to the minimum account specified in the promotion available and is subject to change 5. The bonus is available to trade for 60 days 6. Bonus sum credited cannot be withdrawn 7. Profits can be withdrawn once trading requirements are met (within 60 days) 8. Trading requirements: For every $1 in bonus received, the Client must trade 0.3 lots. For example, deposit $200, receive $40 bonus, and in order to withdraw profits the Client must trade (40*0.3 = 12 lots) 9. Should the allocated timeframe elapse and the trading requirement is not met, the bonus and profits are declared void and removed from the trading account 10. Any withdrawals prior to trading requirement completion will be subject to the removal of Bonus sum and any profits generated prior to the withdrawal completion 11. 6 General Promotion Terms & Conditions These promotions are exclusively for direct registered clients of Yadix only and not for the use of Employees, Introducing Agents or any other third party affiliated with Yadix. All promotions are subject to change at any time. The Yadix management reserves the right to remove or restrict any or all of these promotions without prior notice or consent. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions. Participation It remains the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves with the specific terms and conditions or limitations of each promotion before choosing to participate. By choosing to participate in these promotions listed herein, the participating client agrees to all of the terms and conditions listed without exception. Authorisation By taking part in any of the promotions listed herein, the client is giving unreserved permission to feature/publish their name, location and any promotional information on any website/webpage or marketing campaigns owned or operated by Yadix. The client also agrees to receive other promotional messages to the registered address in writing or verbally via telephone to the registered telephone numbers. Negative Balance In the result of the trading account reaching a negative balance, Yadix reserves all rights to utilise any forthcoming bonuses/rebates to any clients account to offset the negative balance. The client agrees and concedes the right to claim any additional bonuses until the negative balance is offset. Trading Requirements In all cases, for all promotions, the full trading requirement must be completed in order to claim the reward for the promotion. Only where specified within the terms and conditions of particular promotions can clients claim part of the promotion in question, please refer to the promotions below for more details. 7 1 lot is equal 100,000 units of any currency pair opened and closed (buy and sell) calculations are made only on positions that have been closed and based on the closed time and date. Clients are advised to check the qualifying symbols specific to each promotion prior to participation. In all cases, zero profit positions will not be included in any calculation. Multiple Promotion Claims: All promotions listed herein cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other promotions simultaneously. Each promotion is available to use independently. Clients are welcomed to operate multiple accounts to benefit from multiple promotions, each account will be viewed as an individual account and trades submitted on said account will qualify only. Volumes traded on one specific forex trading account cannot be transferred to other accounts. Time Scales: Each promotion has specific rules, time scales and limits according to the promotion type and rewards available to be claimed. Please refer to each individual promotion for more information and promotions specific rules or limitations that refer to the time restrictions involved. Limitations: The withdrawal of funds is specific to each individual promotion. It is important that the participating client is fully aware of any restrictions or requirements before choosing to participate. There will be n exceptions to the rules listed herein under any circumstances.
