4 WARNINGS! Safety Precautions AHCON ROLL TABLES must only be used by trained personnel. AHCON ROLL TABLES must only be used for inflation of passenger, van and light truck wheels. Tyre service should only be performed by persons trained properly. AHCON disclaim all responsibility for failures occurring by working procedures, which do not comply with procedures recommended by AHCON and / or tyre and rim manufacturers (ETRTO/STRO). 4

5 Risks and Labelling No immediate risk by using the product! 5

6 Safety Precautions Safety Distance No safety distance for the operator. 1 meter for the outsider. No special precautions are needed. Safety Devices AHCON Roll Tables are equipped with a brake on at least one of the rolls, so that the wheel will not fall to the floor unintentionally. 6

7 Warranty AHCON guarantees that the product will live up to the specifications at the time of delivery and will be faultless as regards materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months after the product has been invoiced to the end user. Components and parts related to normal wear and tear are not included in the warranty. AHCON will not be responsible for damages occurring by negligence, improper use, incorrect installation, etc. All products and parts returned to AHCON for repair and replacement must be forwarded carriage paid. 7

9 Transport and Handling This machine has to be transported with a pallet stacker or a fork-lift truck according to the below instructions. KEEP A SAFETY DISTANCE OF 2 M WHEN THE FORK-LIFT TRUCK IS LOWERED! Place the machine close to the place of use. Unpacking Remove the packing. Check that the contents correspond to the order. Place the Table on an even floor near the place of use. Please see illustration / photo! 9

10 ASSEMBLING OF ROLL TABLES Insert the legs into the bushings of the roll table. See photo. Carefully tighten the locking bolts.. Adjust to horizontal position. 10

11 Assembling and Mounting of Extension Tables 500 mm Extension Table with 35 tipping is delivered assembled. 600 mm Extension Table is delivered with loose legs. Mount the legs. Carefully retighten. Dismantle the outer roll of the IT Table. Plug in the profiles. 11

12 Make sure the holes are opposite each other. Mount the outer roll again. Retighten the locking bolts. Adjust to horizontal position. Set of rolls with 2 rolls is delivered assembled. 12

13 Connection Compressed Air Connection Denne maskine kræver ingen tilslutning til trykluft. El-tilslutning This machine needs no electric power connection. 13

14 OPERATION AHCON Roll Tables are used for easy conveying of wheels in the Speed Line System. 600 mm Extension Table is used in front or behind the portal. 500 mm Extension Table with 35 tipping is used by the exit of the portal, when using the Wheel Centring Lift. Rullesæt med 2 ruller anvendes ved sideudkast. 14

15 Noise The noise level for this machine is less than 70 db. Special Functions and Accessories The Roll Tables can be connected with assembly fitting, Art. 16 Maintenance Normal maintenance with a moist cloth. WARNING! Must NOT be cleaned with a high pressure blower! Adjustment: Always make sure that the roll tables are in a horizontal position. Repair Do only use trained personnel for maintenance and repair of this machine. WARNING! The machine must not be connected to compressed air during maintenance and repair. 16
