The class had around 60 students. Lecturer in a full course in Population Genetics for international students at the Wageningen International Agricultural Centre (IAC). Supervision of two groups of 4 students for projects in a course on Evolutionary Biology at Wageningen University. Supervisor of 3 (in 2003) and 5 (in ) students in a course in Molecular and Evolutionary Ecology. Supervision during 6 weeks of groups of students doing their own research projects. Lecturer in a full course in Cell Physiology and Genetics at Wageningen University, consisting of lectures and tutorials for around 35 students.

Junior Lecturer position at the Food Microbiology Laboratory, Wageningen University responsible for a revised setup of all undergraduate and graduate courses offered by the laboratory and for the editing and writing of new course material. This has resulted in a new curriculum for all courses offered and two new course manuals for courses in Food Microbiology and Food Fermentation (published as books). Writing and editing of chapters for a course book entitled Conservation et transformation des produits agricoles [conservation and transformation of agricultural products] as part of a collaboration of Wageningen University and the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.
