15 Essenscia REACH & CLP questionnaire Status February 2010 = baseline Response: 51% REACH roles of essenscia members: 45% manufacturer or importer + 9,5% OR 70% downstream user - 36% formulator Main challenge: communication in the supply chain 25% of the members expects changes in the product portfolio due to REACH and/or CLP REACH & CLP implementation requires an average of 1,5 VTE per company 75% of the members have CLP labels ready for substances 90% of the employees in the chemical sector have received a CLP training or will have by the end of the year 15
