The sliding fee discount is available for low-income patients who are not eligible for public insurance. To qualify, a patient must meet with an Eligibility Specialist at one of our clinics. Once a patient qualifies for a sliding fee discount, the minimum fee for a medical appointment is $20. The minimum fee for a dental appointment is $45. We offer an additional $5 discount if the fee is paid at the time of your appointment. If you are uninsured and choose not to apply for public insurance or the sliding fee discount, we ask you to pay a deposit to defray the initial cost of your care. The medical ($80) and dental ($90) deposit will be discounted to $75 and $85, if paid at the time of service.
