Most recently we have added our high capacity, heavy duty line of dehumidifiers. We offer two product lines: ductless mini-splits as well as heavy duty and commercial dehumidifiers. 4 Single Zone Systems Single zone ductless mini-split heat pumps are considered to be the most energy efficient method for heating and cooling an area. Forcing air through a duct can create up to 30% energy loss. Ductless mini-split systems operate by using two major components. The first is the outdoor unit, also known as a condenser. The second is the indoor unit, also known as the evaporator, which is the unit that handles and circulates the indoor air. Single zone systems treat the air in one area of the structure and are ideal in applications where only one room must be treated. Some common examples include an addition to a home that is not part of the home s main heating and cooling system, a room that gets particularly warm in the summer months or cool in the winter months, a basement, a restaurant kitchen, or when there is a desire to boost energy efficiency by coupling an existing system with a ductless mini-split. Pridiom offers five different single zone ductless mini-split solutions. All of our systems are heat pumps and are therefore capable of efficiently heating and cooling. 5 Landmark Series The Landmark series is a straight forward system in which the compressor runs at a constant speed and shuts down when the desired temperature is reached. These basic refrigeration systems have been the back bone of the industry since the early days of air conditioning. The Landmark Series is not suitable for applications in which outdoor temperatures have extreme highs or lows and is limited in its energy efficiency. Landmark Comfort Series, Classic Series, and Elite Series Inverter Systems In an inverter system, advanced technology is used to convert incoming voltage from AC (alternating current) to DC (direct current), which is more efficient. Additionally inverter technology allows the system to subtly increase or decrease the speed of the compressor and power consumption. The technology of regulating the speed of the compressor can be compared to a car using cruise control. This technology reduces operating costs by up to 70%. Inverter technology enhances the comfort levels in a treated area by achieving the desired temperature quicker and by maintaining the desired temperature more consistently and efficiently than non-inverter systems. This allows the system to continuously sample the air and determine whether the compressor should be turned on. This feature also allows for the indoor air to be continuously cleaned and to boost comfort levels in the space. Heating Mode In heating mode, the fan will only run when the heating element is at the correct temperature and the system is calling for heat. Auto Mode In auto mode, the system will set itself to 76 F and will run as if it has been set to cooling mode. Auto mode does not switch between heating and cooling, and therefore it does not allow for automatic temperature adjustment. 6

14 Multi-Zone Series Traditionally ductless systems were primarily single zone - one condenser and one evaporator. Our line of multi-zone ductless technology now allows for a single condenser to provide heating or cooling to multiple evaporators. Due to the fact that there is one compressor, the evaporators must all be operating in the same mode, i.e. they all must be in heating or cooling mode. The range of our versatile multi-zone systems is now wider than ever. The ability to mix and match any combination of evaporators on a single condenser provides hundreds of different system options. Our multi-zone systems have four different condensers at their heart. These allow for multiple combinations to be installed using almost any of our different evaporators. Our technology allows for our condensers to be installed without utilizing all of the evaporator ports. This feature allows for additional evaporators to be installed at a later date. 14

17 Multi-Zone Evaporators High Wall PWM093HX, PWM123HX, PWM183HX High wall evaporators are installed, as the name suggests, high on an interior wall. The unit is installed approximately eight inches from the ceiling. Features include outstanding air throw and circulation, a high level of comfort, and extremely easy installation. Our high wall evaporators have a black mirror finish that results in a sophisticated appearance. Accessory panels are also available to change the color if desired. Ceiling Cassettes PCM123HX, PCM183HX, PCM243HX Ceiling cassettes are recessed into a ceiling, allowing for the unit to be hidden from view. In order to compensate for the cassette being recessed into a ceiling, our units are built with a factory installed condensate pump. Our cassettes also have the capability of having up to two air distribution ducts connected to provide air to other areas. Additionally, our cassettes have a built-in connection port for a fresh air make-up system. 23 Dehumidifiers High Capacity/Heavy Duty PGD1080HCW With the functionality of a commercial grade dehumidifier and the sleek looks of a residential grade dehumidifier, PGD1080HCW is at the top of its class. The unit is perfect for basements, crawl spaces, restaurants, bars, garages, indoor swimming areas, and more. Dehumidification levels are set with a digital humidistat. 25 Dehumidifiers Desiccant Heavy Duty PGD72DES and PGD97DES Dehumidification is possible through two basic principles: condensation with refrigeration style dehumidifiers, and absorption with desiccant dehumidifiers. Since desiccant dehumidifiers do not produce water, they work effectively at very low temperatures.
