All of the other reindeer Used to laugh and call him names They never let poor Rudolph Join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve Santa came to say Rudolph with your nose so bright, Won t you guide my sleigh tonight? Then how the reindeer loved him As they shouted out with glee Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, You ll go down in history! 3

10 11. ONCE IN ROYAL DAVID S CITY Once in royal David s city, Stood a lowly cattle shed, Where a mother laid her baby, In a manger for His bed. Mary was that mother mild, Jesus Christ her little child. He came down to Earth from Heaven, Who is God and Lord of all, And His shelter was a stable, And His cradle was a stall. With the poor and mean and lowly, Lived on Earth our Saviour holy. And through all His wondrous childhood He would wonder and obey, Love and watch the lowly mother, In whose gentle arms He lay. Christian children all must be mild, Obedient, good as He. For He is our childhood s pattern, Day by day, like us, He grew. He was little, weak and helpless, Tears and smiles like us He knew; And He feeleth for our sadness, And He shareth in our gladness. And our eyes at last shall see Him, Through His own redeeming love, For the child so dear and gentle, Is our Lord in Heaven above. And He leads His children on To the place where He has gone. 10

12 13. SNOOPY S CHRISTMAS The news had come out in the First World War The bloody Red Baron was flying once more The Allied Command ignored all of its men And called on Snoopy to do it again. T was the night before Christmas, forty below When Snoopy went out in search of his foe He spied the Red Baron, so fiercely they fought With ice on his wings Snoopy knew he was caught. Chorus: Christmas bells those Christmas bells Ringing through the land Bringing peace to all the world And good will to man. The Baron had Snoopy dead in his sights He reached for the trigger to pull it up tight Why he didn t shoot, well, we ll never know Or was it the bells from the village below. [Chorus] The Baron made Snoopy fly to the Rhine And forced him to land behind enemy lines Snoopy was certain that this was the end When the Baron cried out Merry Christmas, my friend!
