5 Assembly 3 4 To operate, you must have a standard water hose (not supplied) having a 3/4 Male end This hose must be long enough to run from your outdoor water supply to the Filter Bag Attachment of this tool while the tool is in operation at the bottom of your pool or hot tub Use only clean fresh water from your faucet or recirculated water from your pool pump Use of any other fluid will cause damage to your pool or pool equipment If your hose does not have a suitable 3/4 Female end, one is supplied with this kit The pole length may be adjusted by rotating the handle end counterclockwise to loosen the internal locking cam Adjust the length of the telescoping tube as desired Lock the tube into place by rotating the handle section of the pole clockwise To attach the pole to any of the attachments, slide the open end of the pole onto the attachment, aligning the white plastic tabs on the attachment with the holes in the pole and make sure that they lock onto one another To remove the attachment, press the tabs inward while pulling the pole off the attachment To assemble the Brush Head to the Filter Bag Attachment, insert the outlet of the Brush Head into the socket of the Filter Bag Attachment, as shown in Figure 2 below The Leaf Skimmer may be folded for storage or unfolded for use Please see the unfolded configuration in Figure 2 below Figure 2 SKU For technical questions, please call Page

6 Functions The Filter Bag Attachment uses water pressure to create a vacuum The vacuum is used to suck leaves and debris from the bottom of your pool into the filter basket The Brush Head and the Filter Bag Attachment should always be used together when operating the vacuum function of this kit The Leaf Skimmer may be used to skim floating debris from the surface of the pool water Operating Instructions Read the entire Important Safety Information section at the beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product Assemble the attachment you plan to use and attach to the pole as discussed in the assembly section above If there is large debris on the bottom of the pool, the Leaf Skimmer attachment should be used to clean out the majority of the debris before using the Vacuum Head attachment Connect a water hose to the Vacuum Head attachment using the 3/4 standard hose connector Adjust the length of the Pole as needed Submerge the Vacuum Head attachment in the water Set the tool down, positioning the tool in such a way that it will not tip over The Vacuum Head should be submerged in the pool before turning on the water supply to prevent water from being sprayed in the work area Turn on the water supply to the tool The tool is now operating Using the Pole, run the Vacuum Pool Head along the bottom of the pool in a regular pattern to brush and vacuum all debris from the bottom of the pool If the Filter Bag becomes filled during the cleaning, remove and turn off the water supply, lift the Filter Bag to the edge of the pool Clean out the Filter Bag, disposing of the debris in a suitable trash container Reattach and replace the Vacuum Head into the pool, turn on the water and resume the cleaning operation To use the Leaf Skimmer, run the net under any debris floating on top of the water or at the bottom of the pool Retract the Leaf skimmer from the pool and clean the debris out of the net To prevent accidents, turn off the appliance and disconnect its water supply after use Clean, then store the appliance indoors out of children s reach SKU For technical questions, please call Page
