1 SINGLE BOTTLE LIST Here are a few bottles we have picked up from private cellars. They are a diverse bunch representing some famous names and historic vintages. They re all pretty rare and, we think, delicious. Unfortunately we only have 1 bottle of each for now. WHITE FRANCE Less about fruit at this point & more mineral & dry hay 2004 Dom. des Remizieres, Cuvée Emilie Blanc, Hermitage 85 Some people might scoff at the idea of a premium priced Macon, their loss 2010 Guffens-Heynen, Pierreclos Tri de Chavigne, Macon 109 GERMANY Drought year. This should be looking a bit fuller & rounder than your typical Mosel 2004 Dr. Loosen, GOLD CAPSULE Ürziger Würzgarten, Riesling Auslese, Mosel 120 SPAIN 100% Viura, this is actually Heredia s current release 1999 R. Lopez de Heredia, Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva, Rioja 75

Definitely give this one some time to open up 1964 Pio Cesare, Barbaresco, Langhe 195 Southern Italian wine with teeth 1999 Feudi San Gregorio, Serpico Aglianico, Irpinia 150 Formerly labelled as Quota 600, 100% Nerello from high altitude volcanic soils 2012 Graci, Contrada da Arcurìa, Etna Rosso, Sicilia 80 SPAIN Should be just about ready to go. Definitely a wine built for the long-haul 1988 Torres, Black Label Gran Coronas, Gran Reserva, Penedes 170 AMERICA Probably starting to look quite port-y & secondary 1978 Clos du Val, Zinfandel, Napa Valley 90 Developed, earthy & coffee tones 1994 Ridge Vineyards, Lytton Springs Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley 85 From a cooler vintage, higher acids should have kept this in great nick 1995 Ridge Vineyards, Santa Cruz Merlot, California 100
