2 Why Choose Motor Inn of Knoxville? Motor Inn Auto Group has now been in business for 75 years! It has been a family owned dealership for its entire existence. Albert and Alice Heywood founded Motor Inn Auto Group in Bob and Mardel Heywood took over and expanded the business in 1963 upon Albert s passing. In 1997, Mark and Colette took over upon the passing of his father. Motor Inn Auto Group operates automobile dealerships in Estherville, Spirit Lake, LeMars, Algona, Spencer, Webster City, Knoxville and Orange City. Our Knoxville location is unique because it is one of only 2 body shops in the Auto Group. We offer all New Chrysler and GM Franchise products along with the ability to tackle any make or model of your vehicle. Our Body Shop employees have a combined 167 years of experience so they know what it takes to get the job done professionally, quick and correct the first time. No matter what insurance company you have, we gladly will work with them to make sure your vehicle is as good as new. Our state-of-the-art body shop has a frame machine, advanced down-draft paint booth and paintless dent repair available so everything can be repaired under one roof. We use only environmental friendly, water based paints, offer loaner and rental cars, when available, and have a heated indoor facility to pull into for your free body shop estimate. Also as an added bonus when your vehicle is repaired at Motor Inn of Knoxville, we will detail your vehicle inside and out in appreciation for your business.

3 Meet the Staff! Joe Jerkins Joe Jerkins is our Service Department and Body Shop Manager. He has been in the automotive industry for the last 6 years, the last 2 1/2 with Motor Inn of Knoxville. Joe was born and raised right here in Knoxville, Iowa and has lived here his whole life along with his wife, Amanda and two children JJ and Ava. In his free time he loves spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and watching/attending sporting events, especially the St. Louis Cardinals! Terry Burnham Terry Burnham is our Lead Body Technician with 23 years of auto body experience. He is ICAR and ASE Certified as well as a DMACC Graduate. Terry is certified in Unibody and full frame repair, resistance spot welding and all 3M panel bond adhesives. Terry can repair any make or model of car and truck!

In his free time he loves spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and watching/attending sporting events, especially the St. Louis Cardinals!

4 Shawn Crook Shawn Crook is our Parts Manager for Body Shop and our Service Department. He has been in the automotive industry 26 years including 21 1/2 total years at this facility. In his spare time he enjoys working with truck, tractor pulls and deer hunting.

5 Jeff Bailey Jeff is our Lead Refinish Technician. He too is a Knoxville native for all 47 years of his life. He is married to Peggy and they have one daughter Jamie. Jeff is a family oriented man that enjoys fishing, camping and being outside. He started at this location under previous ownership in 1987 and has been here ever since! He has been painting and doing body work for over 25 years and is ASE Certified. Jeff has experience with several different paints and techniques. Jeff is a very dedicated and loyal employee that previous customers continue to come to Jeff for his perfectionist workmanship. Steve Bunch Steve Bunch is our General Manager with over 23 years of experience and 17 of them coming at this dealership. Steve has lived in Lovilia all his life. He enjoys traveling, elk hunting, boating and being with family and friends.

He has been painting and doing body work for over 25 years and is ASE Certified. Jeff has experience with several different paints and techniques.
