3 ROMAN DÚBRAVSKÝ Mr. Roman Dubravsky is well known, experienced and respected businessman from Bratislava He has been in business since 1990 (revolution in former Czechoslovakia took place at the end of 1989) when he established his 1 st company DUBRA paper trading company He worked with paper producing Finnish company UPM Kymmene, one of Worldwide top corporations in paper, pulp and wood based business as their exclusive representative in the Slovak market. For 11 years he was market leader in this business In 1996 he established, with his partner from New Zealand, fast growing advertising agency Strana, which was sold successfuly to strong CEE private equity company Slavia Capital All the companies where Roman Dubravsky has ownership and management control enjoy healthy, double digit growth. 6 Mr. Miroslav Tym is well known, experienced and respected banker from Prague He has started his carreer in 1991 in Prague in CSOB, a.s. (Czechoslovak trade bank), later on worked for Commerzbank, ABN AMRO, VUB (Intesa) and in late 2004 rejoined CSOB (KBC Group) He worked predominantly in Prague, CR and Bratislava, SR, but also in Chicago, with experience and trainings in London, Frankfurt a. M., Amsterdam, Milano and Brussells He worked in segments of big Corporates, SMEs and Structured Finance (established or helped to establish Structured Finance Depts. 2 x in CR and 2 x in SR) and in several special teams including advisory teams (split of former Czechoslovakia state indebtedness through CSOB; financial advisory for project of 2 nd crude oil pipeline Germany ) PARTNER 6
