Does it work well or does it have problems? What are current business and technical metrics? What happens when they really don t exist? Manual processes frequently lack anything more than anecdotal data Even orchestrated processes sometimes lack metrics Is the goal for the project to? improve the process prove the software and implementation processes just seemed like a good idea at the time?
