Law, on or about December 12, 2013, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did with the purpose of promoting or facilitating the commission of the crime of Shoplifting in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11b(1) and N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a, did agree with another person or other persons that they or one or more of them will engage in conduct which constitutes such crime or an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime, and in the course of such conspiracy did travel to the location of said offense and/or did possess tools and/or devices and/or instruments to facilitate the commission of said offense, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11b(1) and N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same. 3
