Arrive at each lecture and tutorial on time, having read the set text in advance. A list of the set texts for each course is always available several months in advance on the department website and bulletin boards. Ask questions and participate in class discussions. Beware of plagiarism: Direct copying of material without inserting quotation marks Paraphrasing material without identifying the source Make use of the Writing Centre if you require help with the mechanics of English, essay writing, research and documentation.
