6 Dispatch card To dispatch card means that we give one card to this user. Choose the user we like to dispatch card, right click to dispatch card. 6

7 2.Word_ rest standard Work_rest is the on duty and off duty time setting(shift) Right click on the work_rest standard interface to add work_rest shift. Input shift name, and cycle days(means that this shift will restart every how many days.) After adding, you can see 7 time zone, each time zone can have 3 segments and we can edit on Duty time and off duty time. 7

8 Time zone editing interface: Ahead: means that when we go to work, How many minutes we can swipe card in advance. If swipe card too early, there will be no records. Delay: means that when we are off duty, how many minutes we can swipe card after off duty time. If too late, there will be no records. Evening: means that card swiping is evening time, we can separately take this as working overtime as per below evening strategy. Meanwhile, we can set 3 shifts, 4 shifts, big or small weekly shifts. After set work_rest standard, we can set work and rest strategy. 8

9 3.Work rest system Work rest system means that staff begin to work as per which shift during which time period. We can individually set for personal, department, company Choose the object on the left side, generally we set work attendance strategy for company, for example, user name is company name. When we set time attendance strategy for company object, we should set right time period, work and rest standard because we also need choose work starting time of intraday. Work on intraday means that staff work as per the work_rest time from the beginning date of date scope, for example, staff begin to work as per Thursday s shift time,

11 4.Work_rest strategy Work_rest strategy means that how we check the time attendance for staff. The same as work_rest system, we should set attendance strategy, choose company name, right click add company work attendance strategy setting interface appears: 11
