If items are needed in the A.M. the order should be placed the day before. Orders to be delivered UPS have a cutoff time of 4 P.M. Order Acknowledgement Purchase orders will be processed as received without signed confirmation by the purchaser in order to facilitate the shipping process. Delivery Charge There is no charge for delivery. A rush charge may be applied. Backorders International Inkjet Supply will make every effort to prevent backorders and to fulfill any that might occur as soon as possible Payments All payment checks should be made payable to International Inkjet Supply. We do accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Claims Procedure Defective Material - All claims must be submitted in writing, and samples of product in question may need to be submitted to International Inkjet Supply. - Returns may only be made after International Inkjet Supply has reviewed the claim and has issued a written authorization to honor a particular claim. The return must be made with 30 days of International Inkjet Supply s notifying the purchaser that we will honor the claim.
