Those that follow through and take action on the information in this message will see gains that they never would have imagined. Is that a bold statement? OK, let me back it up. In a moment I'll tell you how to double your results in half the time (or less) but first, let's take a look at this thing called "cardio". Okay, it's what the glossy magazines and the gym trainers harp on about all day long. They tell you to do thirty, forty or a gazillion minutes per day - so you can finally see your shoelaces over that spare tire! Surprisingly this means you spend more time in their fancy gym, running in line with other "members" like an army
4 of zombies, totally oblivious to your body. Reminds me of the phrase "all that glitters, isn't gold!" Now, is there another way?... you bet'cha! It's simple, but it requires you to make an effort, which is why it's neglected by most people who claim to want the best for themselves. Those that dive in get the 'milk and biscuits', which in this case means a conditioned, healthy and lean body. With that said, here's what I recommend... Hill sprints. If you want to increase your cardiovascularpower without spending hours doing so, then this is what you want. Hill sprints will pack muscle onto your legs while making you explosive and strong. Hill sprints will very quickly burn unwanted bodyfat, crank up your energy and have your body produce more natural growth hormone (a topic I will cover at another time.) Start by sprinting a meter distance and then gradually increasing the distance. You can sprint 5-8 times before your goose will be cooked and served up! Be sure to warm up first. You can jog up the hill first, or do some skipping. Truthfully, if you put a few of these sessions into your fitness program each week, your results will soar, and your body will be transformed into a lean machine.

How To Blast The Blubba And Keep It Off A commonly asked question goes something like this "how can I lose that unsightly spare tyre round my waist and make sure it never returns?" Tis a puzzler me thinks...or is it? No one wants to starve for weeks by only eating dry, tasteless food, only to see that ring of flab return in a month or so. What use is that? And yet this crazy process is the norm for most people. This only harms your body as it starts to eat your muscle tissue to use for fuel. So, you end up loosing the very thing you want (lean muscle), as it's destroyed while you starve in misery.
6 Now you can see why most people on the "good ole diet" quickly regain any weight they lost. It's a never ending cycle and a sure road to nowheresville (that's a place NObody wants to visit!). So then... what to do, I hear you cry? Well, first understand you need ample calories to let your body function during the day, but that doesn't mean you should "leg it" down to the local makky dees and tuck in... No, that's not the kind of fuel I'm talking about. By eating the correct foods and linking this to a Superior Fitness Program, you'll be stepping in the right direction toward all-round health. You will have no doubt heard that the process of building muscle actually burns fat, so it makes sense to exercise to bolster this process. The exercises presented in the Superior Fitness Program are perfect to kick start your metabolism and keep it burning long after you finish your workout. They not only strengthen your muscles, they energize your whole body and leave you feeling like a million bucks. All this in less time than it takes to chug down your favorite burger and fries. You need to have this principle chiseled on your brain if you are going to succeed! Without this you will just drift through your training session without focus and intensity, and eventually you would simply give up. This is something I detail heavily inside
8 By knowing why you are training and then clearly defining your purpose and destination (to win a tournament, beat your personal best, lose 20 pounds, have abundant energy etc), you build a very SPECIFIC desire which will drive you on. You can look at it before each workout and it will completely change your mindset in the moment. Plus, you can amp up your training sessions by 100% minimum. Instead of going through the motions, you will be feel every rep and every second of exercise. Another obvious reason, but one that should be stated, is that specificity lets you know which exercises you should use while training. Different types of exercise make your metabolic and physiologic systems adapt to that specific type of exercise. For example, running will increase physical fitness but it will not increase swimming performance and vice versa. This sounds so obvious to be irrelevant, but it's surprising how many people exercise in the wrong manner for what they are trying to achieve. That's why it's important to train the muscles involved in a specific type of exercise to achieve the greatest performance benefits (that could mean performance in any sport, or simply reaching a weight or physique goal). On that note... You'll be glad to know that achieving success is not mysterious or only available to a chosen few. It's available to YOU when you
