All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service within ten days upon receipt of payment. An ed confirmation of the document order will be sent with an invoice number noted on the bottom of the form, total cost due, shipping costs, and state sales tax (California only). The credit card receipt will be attached to the invoice and included in the order. For purchase orders, Docon will you a confirmation of the order showing shipping, tax and total costs due. No credit card charges after the 25 th of each month due to Cal EMA Accounting month-end report cut-off. PLEASE NOTE: On the FIRESCOPE Document Order Form under the QTY column, the number 1 is listed. This means that only one clean reproducible copy of that document is available through our agency. You must then reproduce your own copies from that original copy. If the QTY column is left blank, this means you can purchase an unlimited amount of that item. The Letter-Size ICS 420-1A FOG can be downloaded from the FIRESCOPE website or can still be purchased from Docon. The FOG Revision Summary is listed under the Letter-Size FOG Section. FIRESCOPE Document Control no longer sells documents that can be purchased from NWCG. The I-100 through I-400 module training series and other training material are available through the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho at (208) , and fax (208) /5548.
